Copra is a fine dining Indian restaurant with beautiful ambiance and decor. A reservation is required. The cocktails were impressive—we enjoyed the Jaggery Sour, a slightly sweet twist on a whiskey sour, and the Lassi Punch, a smooth spiced drink. For appetizers, the rasam puri was unique and refreshing—a must-try! The dahi chaat vada was good but quite heavy, and the vennai shrimp, though tasty, had too much ghee for our liking. For mains, the cod was delicious with authentic Kerala flavors, while the lamb shoulder was flavorful but could have been a bit more tender. Overall, it was an average experience—not exceptional but enjoyable.

PERFECT MEAL. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had this year. So memorable and gastronomically mind blowing. I couldn't believe the flavours i was tasting. Every single dish was perfectly balanced unique. Favs were the chutney platter, especially the red and yellow ones. And the kori gassi was the best chicken curry of my life. Im so awestruck by this meal.

We had such a lovely meal. We completely lost track of time the service was incredible, just make sure you give yourself ample time here to truly enjoy the dining experience. I enjoyed getting to try all of the flavors of different dishes through the family style serving. Every dish we had was delicious- such unique flavors. I can’t wait to come back!

Restaurant has good atmosphere with friendly staff and great interior.
Food was miss for us at this place. We find all dishes as normal dish nothing innovative which would justify the pricing.
Vegetarian options: Copra has vegetarian options but i didn’t find anything worth going back for.
We ordered three small plates out of which we couldn’t eat jackfruit dish because we felt that was too oily.

Food, vibes, service were spectacular. An absolute delight. It’s criminal that this place doesn’t have a 5 star average.

Phenomenal south Indian fare. Little bit pricey but very worth it. Ambience at dinner could use a bit more light and the music is a bit too loud (we had trouble hearing our waiter) but the food is absolutely top notch. We were stuffed and will be coming back.

I’ve been to Copra almost four times, and it never disappoints – whether I’m with family or friends. The cocktails are fantastic, and the appetizers are always on point. We especially loved the veg thali and crab curry. A great spot for delicious food and a memorable dining experience every time!

One of the best meals I've ever had. Everyone in my party loved it. From the food to the decor & service, I feel it deserves a Michelin star — it was that good.

Bad food with close tables with lot of noise. You literally have to yell to speak. Food was expensive but restaurant was very ordinary. It has weird menu and none of the dishes were worth the price. Better use your money somewhere else.

As a person from Kerala (South India) where a lot of this food is from, I was fully satisfied. First of all, it’s not that it’s tastier than the best food I’ve had home but rather its authentic and holds up to the best food I’ve had back home. That’s worth a lot to me especially considering home is about 8000 miles away. It’s nice to see the authenticity but also creativity from that, for example the desert was delicious and utilized coconut flavors in a way that I haven’t really experienced before. I highly recommend having any of the main dishes with Kerala porotta or just ask for that as an extra for any of the dishes, unlike many of the Indian restaurants in the bay, this felt handmade and not a frozen porotta heated up. We had a coorg pandi pork curry, mango shrimp
Curry, egg appam, thattukada chicken, gunpowder vada and two cocktails (the one with the peach liqueur was delicious). The food was top notch, can’t wait to come back

Tried a couple of appetizers (bone marrow, shrimp, one with a couple of dipping sauces, and a crunchy one), dosa and a couple of main dishes and drinks. Everything was spicy but delicious. The service and atmosphere were great. The walk in table is right by the kitchen though.
