The pancakes and waffles were very good. However, the fried chicken has no flavor at all. On the menu they have “Memphis fried chicken,” and as a Memphis native, it’s a no for me.

The food was absolutely great!! 10/10 The customer service could be better, they kinda forgot we were there waiting for someone to take our order, and they have a really weird attitude, not happy, but not angry, just neutral.

The place was packed, and we ended up sitting outside after about 20 minutes on the waitlist. Unfortunately, there were no heaters, and it was very windy and cold. You order using a QR code, and it took around 15 minutes for the food to come out. Sadly, the food was cold by the time we got it. The flavors and portions were good, and I can see why the place is popular.

Always get the C&B plate. Each part of the meal is distinctly good. There’s a big cluster of nice brunch spots all in this area and they’re all busy, so you really can’t go wrong; sometimes this is the primary, sometimes the backup, but whenever we go we’re never disappointed.

Have eaten here twice because the line at Plow was insane but have not regretted it. Had the shakshouka the first time and would give it a solid 4/5. It's a little on the lighter side, but still a solid meal.
The CB plate tastes very good. I especially like the crispiness of the potatoes and the waffles were surprisingly soft and savory. The fried chicken is good, but was a little peppery for my taste. Would recommend if you're in the area.
