Het restaurant heeft glutenvrije opties, maar zijn niet professioneel genoeg om glutenvrij te mogen serveren.
Na het eten van een
"glutenvrije" pannenkoek is mijn broertje heel erg ziek geworden. Wat tot groot verdriet de rest van onze dag in San Francisco heeft verknald. Ja er kan kruisbesmetting plaatsvinden (dat is ons ook verteld) maar hij is niet zo gevoelig dat hij daarvan last krijgt. Pas wanneer hij een gluten bevattende maaltijd eet wordt hij ziek.
