My daughter had an appointment at UCSF and the doctor said to go here for brunch. It was a Monday just before noon not very crowded. The service was extremely fast and the food was excellent. I had a crepe with smoked salmon spinach and onions and cheese. My daughter had a dessert crepe. The side of fries was especially crispy as if they'd been double fried.
Crepevine is always a solid choice when you are looking for simple but very satisfying food. I've loved it since I moved to the bayarea!

Every staff member who works there is super nice. Food is what you expect from a chain restaurant. The only (but big thing for me) is noise. It gets so overwhelmingly noisy in there. There are outside tables tho.
