Nice environment , mostly very tasty food, though service was a bit chaotic—not helped by the fire alarm that was falsely tripped and blasted our ears for about 10 mins. The lentil dal had kidney (and maybe other) beans in it and was the least flavorful item we ordered. Highlights were the spicy cauliflower, kale chaat, and a chicken dishes.
The food was delicious! I love the watermelon salad and the kale chaat appetizer. So many good flavors. The vegetable biryani was delicious and my friends loved the butter chicken. The garlic naan and cheese naan were great and I LOVE the mustard greens. :)
I hadn't been in a number of years: I hadn't been impressed. I'm glad it finally returned because I enjoyed it and will return. My salmon was delicious. Three others are the table had chow mein. One diner found hers too spicy but the waiter replaced it for free and she was happy. The restaurant was crowded and noisy that night and as a group of four it was difficult to have a conversation. I will go again to try some other items and I will recommend this restaurant...
