I always mean to try their other chocolate drinks but I always fail and get my favorite frozen hot chocolate!

Pretty delicious hot chocolate! We ordered whatever was the slightly spicy one. It came with a little cookie on the side of the cup, which seems like their thing. The hot chocolate was on the rich side, so you don’t need to really get a big one. Their assortments of chocolates look nice but super pricey. Nice employees. Small shop but it works!

I tried the house mocha and it was terrible

We didn't buy any chocolates because they were pretty expensive but the hot chocolate was really good. It had a deep rich taste with real Cocoa, and they used really quality hardware. Spoons, that's pretty impressive.

Finally tried the famous house hot chocolate, and wow—it totally lived up to the hype!

My standards are high - having lived in Japan, where artisanal chocolate shops are better than this, I expected a world-class experience, but Dandelion did not live up to the hype. The European drinking chocolate I tried was rich but lacked a complex flavor profile. It was too simple and direct, which made me suspect it’s not single origin but a blend. I’d have preferred something that has distinct tastes and aftertastes, for example. There’s a wonderful chocolatier in Okinawa, Japan called Timeless, for example, that not only does single origin cacao beans but also varies the sugarcane they use from different local islands, as well as the grind of the sugars at half the price. Another complaint is that there were no samples of the chocolates at this shop (unlike what I’ve experienced elsewhere) and no tasting notes, so you’d be buying expensive bars with very little info, hoping you like it. So, I think this chain could also invest more in education to reach a higher standard.

Amazing European hot chocolate

I just got my mocha — it’s rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. The chocolate flavor really stands out, perfectly balancing with the coffee. Highly recommend it if you’re a fan of high-quality, bean-to-bar chocolate. Great atmosphere too — definitely worth a visit!

I was gifted a box of chocolate’s as a thank you that was shipped to Ohio in June. They arrived perfectly. And OMG they were delicious! I savored those chocolates and smiled each time I indulged in one. Definitely recommend!

Pretty good chocolate fast but basic the. The smell is a little weird but overall pretty good

Got the horchata. Almost gagged. Coworker got the frozen hot chocolate. Was fine but a little too thick. Cookie was dry as a bone
