This is the best bodega in Union Square. I loved the bacon egg cheese croissant & the turkey avocado on sourdough! Be patient, it takes a few minutes and is completely worth it.

The croissants are huge and, at $6 each, very affordable for the area. Plan to take your order to go, as they only have a couple of tables outside.

For some reason their donuts are the BOMB! Super soft and delicious. My 11 year-old daughter insisted we go here because she remembered the donuts from her last trip to SF and she was right! Breakfast sandwiches are amazing too, recommend the croissant. Good stuff!

A warm welcome and smile from the gentleman who runs this. Delicious coffee. Everything here is homemade. What more could you want? My bagel/egg/bacon was fabulous and I’d choose this anytime over the, ahem, chain up the street that starts with an “S”. This is just around the corner and is so much better. The best hidden gem I've found. You wouldn't think so when you see it but there bagel sandwhichs are to die for. From pastrami to tuna salad. My fav is tuna salad on a everything bagel with bacon and pepper jack cheese. They have fresh squeezed juice which is amazing as well!

Lovely little breakfast and coffee stop. The sweetest ladies work here. I had a shot of espresso "long". The coffee they use is good. Not bitter or sharp. I also ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. They use white cheddar cheese. Very delicious. Hit the spot. Thank you Daniel's cafe!

Excellent coffee and pastries as well as plenty of breakfast sandwich options. They offer non diary options for coffee drinks as well. A Very kind and sweet lady was working and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my order.
