I’m pretty sure we stumbled into this place due to a wrong turn but it ended up being a great find! There were TVs in each direction with different football (soccer) games playing. We were just there for a drink before continuing our sightseeing but the bartender was happy to have a good chat. Overall it was a great atmosphere.

Amber is up there in the top 5 best female bartenders in SF. I've been going to the pub since, I was underage, shhh!!! I honestly never paid attention to the name of the pub, it might have changed names & owners a few x since I was 13. Lol... In any case, great service, class Irish pub atmosphere & in the heart of the Haight District. I've followed Amber throughout the years because, she's a class A bartender.

I was travelling and needed somewhere to catch the United game. Danny Coyles was a great little pub. It had about 5 or 6 TVs showing the United, Spurs and Rangers Europa league games (1pm kick off in San Francisco). Locals were probably 60/40 in favour of Spurs to United fans but it didn't make a difference.
They don't serve food, but the barman said you're welcome to bring in food from other places (there's a great little Persian place next door).
