I hope these classic city diners never go out of business. Perfect stop before or after a theater visit nearby. Choose from the Horseshoe bar or the Celebrity room. Food is classic NY deli style with the perfect ambiance of great tunes and comfortable stools. Wait staff seem like they were cast from a movie. I heard at least 2 languages beside English from customers and staff held conversations with all of them. This is a perfect example of why I love San Francisco and hope it...
Awesome place to stop for food!
I had the lox, onion, capers on a croissant - well, there was also A LOT of cream cheese. My husband had the pastrami omelette. Big portions. Maybe mention if you don't want tomatoes, b/c fresh slices came with both meals.

We popped in for breakfast and sat at the bar. Loads of choice! I had the shakshouka- it was delicious! My husband had the spiced chickpea salad-he is vegetarian-it was one of his best breakfasts of our trip!
Our server was really friendly and it was a relaxed affair. Fruit salad that my daughter ordered was big and fresh. Recommend a visit, for breakfast we can vouch for it!
