I had a humiliating experience at Delarosa restaurant in Marina district. As a woman working for uber eats I'm always conscious of my safety and health - both physical and mental. This place made me feel disrespected, humiliated and prevented me from making money. The hosts at this location are all male and all with arrogant and extremely disrespectful attitude. Today a host with red haired beard shouted at me when I picked inside the restaurant looking for someone to ask the customer order's status (not going inside as the posted note said for delivery people) like I was a nasty homeless person ruining customers dining experience, and walked fast to the door to not let me inside (I wasn't going to!). Then he proceeded telling me that the order isn't ready and to step aside. Mind you, I was on a sidewalk which is public in San Francisco and doesn't belong to this restaurant. So this was irritating, but what was worse is that in a matter of 2 minutes while I was staying there waiting for the customer's order several male couriers arrived and he talked to them without issues, and quickly took their orders and gave it to them without condescendence or arrogance. I continued staying there and he continued ignoring me. After 5 minutes without updates for my customer's order I decided it was pointless waiting longer without any updates on the waiting time, with probably some bias on the side of the host or in general this place's hosts attitude toward female couriers, I had to cancel the order without pay. I wouldn't go to this place dining since I feel they're not feminist friendly - no hosts or waitresses or cooks I've seen were female. And their attitude towards me today was egregious.

Great pizza and Italian food! The Fungi White Pizza was delicious. We ordered as it came. The crust was authentic Italian sourdough and was light and chewy. The play on flavors was delicious to even our picky eaters.
Louis was our server and the service was excellent. Bathrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. Our food came relatively quickly too.
We will definitely be coming back!

I've honestly never been treated so poorly by a server. We had a reservation, but after being seated, no one came by for about 20 minutes. When our server, Louise, finally showed up, he had a really rude and dismissive attitude. Because we weren't ready to order the second he arrived, he said he'd come back. We let him know we'd been waiting a while already, and he just said, “Well, go ahead.” He started taking orders from others in our group, but when someone asked for more time, he turned to us, made a gesture with his hands, and said, “See?”, like he was trying to prove a point. It felt really unnecessary and unprofessional. He also missed part of our group's order and then blamed us for being disorganized. We asked to speak with a manager, but apparently no one was on site. On the bright side, the mimosas were great, and we didn't let the bad service ruin our birthday celebration, but the experience definitely left a bad taste.

I ordered margarita pizza and their house ipa. Both were pretty tasty. Prices are ok and the service was fast. They have both inside and outside sitting area and outside they have heaters.

The drinks are ok, but very pricey. The pizza was disappointing and once again, expensive for what you get. This place has very nice enployees but the price of what they are making is beyond unreasonable. It has a fancy facade and doesnt follow through, i should have listened to the locals about pizza shops in the area.

They treat every doordash dasher like homeless asking food at their door. I was there yesterday for doordash delivery pick up and then the person who works outside on the system told me to stand like a 20 feet away from the restaurant and never came back to check with the order. I waited about 18 minutes. The food was ready long ago and that was already cold. Wonder why are thy even doing business with doordash with such a careless employee. We got certain time limits to complete the orders. Thankfully that person didn’t appear later with the order else their would be some scene infront of those dining customers. Pathetic.
We stopped into Delarosa for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised by how great everything was. We hit happy hour and ordered a pizza, meatballs, and a couple of cocktails. The pizza was solid, but the real standout was the meatballs—tender, flavorful, and tasted like something straight out of an Italian nona’s kitchen. Cocktails were on point, and the outdoor seating made for a relaxed, breezy lunch. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

I want to like this place more - tasty Italian food, festive cocktails, ample outdoor seating in a vibrant area with great people-watching...But the service is just so blah every time we have dined here. You know the kind, where the server barely makes eye contact and just plugs your order into the machine. Or where they leave lots of empty plates between courses. Or perhaps you don't have enough glasses for water and you can't get eye contact with someone. Maybe the typical clientele is super annoying? It's too bad because I do enjoy the food, drink and outdoor seating on a nice day,

It's a disgraceful place. I've never seen such an ostracized and ridiculous place. There is a sullen society of people inside. The waiters who bring the order look you in the eye as if they're telling you to get up and go. I don't recommend you to go. I came with my family and I was disgraced. Don't go.
