Deli Board is a short walk from where I live and we were craving sandwiches so we checked it out. The shop itself is just a storefront, at the moment they don't have seating. We ordered two items, the Carzle Sando and the waffle fries with Mick sauce. The Carzle sando was nothing short of phenomenal. It had different meats, Romanian pastrami and brisket. The provolone cheese melts and compliments the meats really nicely. The waffle fries were also nice and crispy, and paired really nicely with the sauce. My gripe is that it is so pricy, the Carzle is $23. But the thing is that it is so dam good that it really feels worth every penny.

The best sandwiches ever! I can't believe I haven't been here before. I've been going once a week now just to treat myself.

Split the 555 and the Armando with my fiancé and they were both incredible. Pickles on the side were very good too. Over $20 per sandwich is a bit pricey but worth it for the best sandwiches I've ever had

Finally stopped by today and Man oh Man wish we were closer because it would be a stop numerous times a week! First let me caution you. If you think you can't eat a huge sandwich and don't like leftovers, definitely share one, if you can decide on just one that is. We ordered the Carzile. Meats were well seasoned, perfectly thinly sliced, gooey cheese, warm and a " Fresh!" delicious. Each bite just melted in my mouth. We're from the East Coast and finding any place out here that knows how to serve up pastrami, corned beef or brisket correctly can be daunting. We can imagine they do everything on their many boards just right Friendly service right at the door, looking inside you can tell it's kept clean. Well done! Thank you

Food: fantastic bread, tons of meat, delicious combinations! Can't go wrong with any of the selections. Bread is always fresh and warm. Service: come early or stand in line. Vibe: no indoor seating anymore, prepare to eat at the park or in the car. Price: expensive, but when you compare the amount of quality meat and the love in the bread - well worth it.

I've been meaning to visit Deli Board ever since we heard about it from one of the business owners in our city. He mentioned that Deli Board was a must visit when you're in the Bay Area. During our most recent trip, we were finally able to give it a go. First off, there is only street parking, which is pretty normal when it comes to the city. We were lucky that we found parking across the street. There is no indoor seating so there isn't really a place for you to eat either. They do have one table outdoors but it was occupied the whole time we were there. We weren't really sure what to get at first since there were so many options. I did ask the cashier for his opinion and he did mention that their pastrami was really good. Therefore, my husband decided to share the 555. The 555 had pastrami, turkey breast, cheddar and white American cheese, pepperoncini blend, coleslaw, pickles, Board sauce on a garlic dutch crunch. The sandwich was a good size (for me) and it was thick & heavy. They cut it in half for you as well so it awesome when you're sharing. I also got a bag of dirty chips. The sandwich was good and quite saucy (almost creamy). It was also quite oily due to the pastrami and the sauce. They do stuff the sandwich quite well though! We ended up eating the sandwich in our car. They also provided a pickle on the side and it was nice and crunchy. While the quality is really good and the flavors are well done, I can't say it blew my mind. Don't get me wrong, it was a good sandwich but I can't say that, as a visitor, it was worth driving into the city for -- if this was the only reason for driving into the city that is. The sandwich was $22 so it was a bit on the pricier end. However, a sandwich of similar category would be $16 in Las Vegas so the pricing isn't that horrible considering the cost of living in SF is much higher. I'm happy that I tried it but it's not quite the type of sandwich I prefer. I don't think I would personally go back when I'm visiting.

Way too expensive for a mediocre sandwich. Wont be back. Food was good but left thinking that everyone in our group got ripped off

Not much of an atmosphere since there’s no seating it’s basically a sando stand to go. This place makes amazing sandwiches but I still have to question the price. Little Lucca comes in for me still at the top, which brings value AND taste (the sandwiches there can last two meals), and there are other sandwich places for $10 less that are still almost just as good and packs the meats. Just google search it for the lesser known spots. Here at Deli Board the sandwiches are normal size. The bread is soft but not crispy crunch for dutch crunch, so I say it’s an 8. I’ll need to try their french next time. But I got to admit the way they make their brisket and pastrami, combined with the way they thin slice their meats and the sauce is definitely different and delicious and is unique, but the value portion of it has dimishing returns. $25 sandwiches are ridiculous. But we now live in a world (state) where Erewhon can also exist ?‍♂️

100 bucks for three sandwiches is ridiculous. They were good, but not that good. San Francisco prices are ridiculous. We will not be returning.

I got the Porky sandwich and it was extremely salty. Also got the Armando and it was also really salty. Fries were good. One of the workers was rude to me because I took a second to get out of my car and get my order after they had called my name out. And the place felt very crowded outside. I paid $50 for 2 sandwiches and an order of fries :( very disappointed.

I tried the Waffle Fries with Mick Sauce and the Carzle Sando at Deli Board, and let me tell you, it was a taste sensation! The Carzle Sando is loaded with Romanian pastrami, brisket, provolone, cherry peppers, pickles, cole slaw, and Board sauce, all snugly nestled in a garlic French roll. The Romanian pastrami was especially savory and mouthwatering.Although it leans towards the pricier side, the quality and taste justify every penny spent. The waffle fries were crispy perfection, adding a fantastic crunch to the meal. And here's a sweet bonus - there's a cozy little park just across the store, perfect for enjoying your meal in a relaxed setting.

Know what youre getting with Deli Board:Its awesome - but its pricey. Tourist-level pricey. It is very good. The variety of sandwiches is great. The 49er rocks. The hours are very limited - but get in there if you can and give it a shot.
