The food is good almost without exception, had a couple bad experiences but they were rare.

The service is completely hit or miss, there's some seriously wonderful people and there's some seriously not wonderful people, and it seems to be like every other experience when I go there. The 50-50 chance of a rude person treating me poorly repels me from going there, even though I like the product. I'm very nearby but rarely go in over the past 12 years now for this reason. It's just a bad vibe to start the morning with.

I go where they're consistently warm and friendly and welcoming instead, because that's significantly more important to me than the food. But many many many competitors have great food, as well.

Please be respectful to multigen natives (you know us when you see us, or you surely should, just like we know transplants when we see you); we have large networks and you are conducting business in our home.

Big fan of the really lovely people who work there, really wish they were all like you!

Very fresh, bread is excellent. I enjoy a bit more flavor, but got the regular so that's probably on me. One sandwich is very filling.

Amazing breakfast sandwich with a nice garden behind so you can eat outside!

The people working there are super nice and the cinnamon roll is pretty good. You do need to warm it up though because the carmelized sugar is hard. The breakfast sandwich is ok. Not packed with flavor, but hearty and fresh.

My boyfriend loved the special sandwich but I thought even the regular was a bit too much. Too big, too much cheese and bacon. I couldn't finish it. I did think the bread of the day (zucchini) that I took for later was really good.
Also for some reason no espresso while we were there.
There's a medium sunny backyard but it's kind of run down and needs cleaning up. It would also be better with more smaller tables than just a couple giant tables - a big loud group took over most of the available seating. I don't know if I would go here again.

It’s okay, but somewhat overpriced. $15 for the special breakfast sandwich. It’s hardly different from what you’d get at Carl’s Jr. or Hardee’s (for my midwestern folks). But, I mean, if you’re rich rich, I can see coming here regularly. Me, I’d rather get a super burrito and be twice as full. Mwahaha
