Stopped here for a quick bite, food was delicious and pretty well priced. Good place for takeout dim sum. I enjoyed the chicken shu mai and the har Gow!

First time trying this spot. I came at 4pm and most dim sum goodies were gone. What I did try were really good though! I tried 2 versions of har gow (chive & shrimp dumpling and cilantro & shrimp dumping). Both were very good and exceeded my expectations! The filling is stuffed, very flavorful, and good skin. I grabbed the last sesame ball and it was delicious!! It was warm and nicely filled with red bean. Would definitely get again. I had the lotus sticky rice, which was good but it was mostly rice. I wish there was more filling in it. I'd skip this next time. Service was very friendly. Speaks both English and mandarin. Will give chili oil (pretty spicy!) if you ask. I'm definitely coming back! *cash only. Go down the street and there's an ATM machine inside a Cafe. Remember to tip to support small businesses. :)

This place has the best texture of any shrimp rice noodle I've had, on par with tea house ones, just the right bounce and smoothness and isn't falling apart when you pick it up. I try to go early so it isn't sold out, usually before noon, but there have been times where it's gone around 10am. I've tried their ha gow, chives and shrimp dumpling, cha siu bao, custard bun, and everything has been very good and fresh. Their dumpling skins aren't too thick nor doughy, and the filling to wrap ratio is perfect imho. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and craving a tasty and quick bite to eat. Or make the trip because it's worth it.

This place I think is taking under rated. Their jook (porridge) was take creamy and delicious and their Chinese donut (a must have with your Jook) was very hot and crispy. And also love their beef rice noodle roll.

Good take away dim sum. Fresh or sold out. Quality don tat, har gow, and char Siu bao Best to grab and go. Or call ahead to make an order for later. Service is friendly. Most items are made in small batches so it is not sitting all day like some other grab and go spots. JYW recommends. Ambiance is take away. It is clean ! Lol

This place replaced Jook Time. I actually prefer Jook Time over this place. I've tried it twice. Once when they first opened, which was good. I came back a second time. The first thing I noticed was they were out of a lot of items in the morning. The dim sum was sort of meh. I didn't care for their pineapple buns either. Service was prefunctory. It was just ok.

Love that they had frozen to go items that you can cook at home. If you go on the weekend, you have to go early as they run out of things.

I was in the neighborhood. And I've been looking for a tiny dim sum place in our neighborhood. This place fits the bill. Tried their chicken siu mai - which is something I usually don't order. It was quite good. Tried their shrimp dumpling - really good. Will try the rest of the stuff for sure.

Such a neighborhood gem!! We got ample dumplings for two people which was super tasty only for 13 dollars! The chilli oil/sauce was also amazing!!

It was just okay. Very small place. Some frozen items were available. Only one person behind the counter cooking and taking money. I didn't feel it was very sanitary.

My new favorite dim sum spot. Counter service. Best chili paste you can find. Good sui mai, good buns. I always order sticky rice in lotus leaf.
