Tiny but mighty boba store ⭐️! I got the mung bean latte with agar boba and grass jelly on a hot day and enjoyed it! I came in around 6:40pm and they had run out of regular boba by then so I got the agar boba, which are the translucent balls that are a bit smaller and harder. I believe if you come on a Thursday, you can size up for free. Service was friendly! Many interesting drink options, food options, and even cool blankets/merch. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Small golden oolong iced with boba was $6.85 without tip. Why is it more expensive than a 3rd wave latte? Who do they think they are? It’s a tiny spot on mission st so rent can’t be expensive and they don’t event have a bathroom you can use. 👎

The employees are always kind, there usually isn't a lot of traffic AND the drinks are genuinely fantastic! They taste fresh and like there's actual tea in there. I always look forward to coming by and will again!

had the hk milk tea, which was ok, but the boba was ROCK HARD! was excited to try a local/neighborhood boba cafe, but very disappointed. this is also strictly only takeout as there's no table/seating
It was good. I would go back to try another flavor or two and be a bit more prepared $$$

Wonderful tea, boba, and coffee! District Tea has a wide selection of snacks and beverages that are delicious. I really enjoy the twin peaks drink (lychee and mango fruit tea) with lychee jelly. The price for the drinks are reasonable especially compared to other boba tea spots.
