Excellent breakfast in nice surroundings just off Mission Dolores Park with unobstructed views of the park and Mission. I was having breakfast here because the delicious scent almost magically attracted me. I had an Acocado toast with very good black bread slice, with fresh vegetables like salad, avocado and carrots and everything refined with 2 perfect poached eggs.

Convenient cafe to iconic Dolores Park in San Francisco. Grab a salad, sandwich or healthy snack at this cafe and enjoy the sunshine at the park. Food is okay, not great. Go for the park.

I had a very disturbing experience at Dolores Street Cafe. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and the turkey immediately tasted unusually salty. When I smelled it, it had a sour, spoiled odor — the unmistakable sign of meat that’s gone bad. I had already eaten most of it by then, which made it even more concerning.
A few hours later, I developed nausea, felt uncomfortably full after only a few bites at dinner, and then became extremely bloated. These are classic foodborne illness symptoms, which strongly suggests they served me spoiled meat.
This is more than a bad meal — it’s a serious public health risk. Serving spoiled turkey is unacceptable and dangerous. No customer should have to worry about food poisoning after eating here.
Management needs to take immediate responsibility, ensure proper food storage and safety practices, and stop serving contaminated food. Until they do, I cannot recommend this café to anyone.

They need to training the cooks , most of the items come out terrible they don’t have passion to be on the food business, I being going there for 10 years and lately I don’t enjoy that place anymore

The divine veggie sandwich is so good, and even though the appearance suggests otherwise it's easy and enjoyable to eat. The coffee is good, it reminds me of the pretentious time I was learning to taste and appreciate coffee. Occasional visitor to SF so I'm loving the view with large windows too.

The grilled cheese sandwich bread is cut so thick you literally can’t eat it. The breakfast burritos are flavorless, mostly just egg, not seasoned and they don’t put salt on the table….
