One review wasn't enough to explain how god awful this delivery service was, so I created another gmail.

Ordered and charged my card. Said food was delivered but it never was. Tried to call and got no answer.

Horrible SCAM

The person serving today between 7.12 p.m to 8.00 p.m. is very rude and lazy. He is not fit to work at this store.

I ordered the pizza at counter sales person Indian guy.he was very rude and he didn’t response my questions.after 20 minutes later came back for pick up my order and request to paper plates for pizza and red chilly paper,napkins but he didn’t give me.he answered me eat by hand …….How funny 😂😂😂.this store is zero customers service,rude and pizza was not good among others pizza shop at San Francisco.

That's normal cheese.. Almost empty there's only one guy doing a good job when he is off they give me this. Sometimes no cheese

Never ordering from this location again. Placed an order for delivery at 9:45pm. Charged my card and then immediately got a notification that my pizza was delivered. No food ever came. Called the store and no answer. Called customer service and they said I had to go to the store to address the issue.

Next day I go to the store and it takes 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me even though they’ve clearly seen me and I’ve asked assistance. Finally the supposed manager comes out and I tell him the situation. Tells me he can’t refund me until after 5pm. Ok…. I’m guessing he probably leaves at 5 and doesn’t want to deal with it. I ask him to make my food that I originally ordered instead and he argues with me for a good 5 minutes before he finally agrees. Then proceeds to make 7 or 8 more pizzas before finally asking what I had ordered. An hour later I get my food.

Never again.

Been coming here for years. Not sure what happened in the last month, but they became inedible with way too much cheese. Won't order again, very sad

Anthony is always very nice when delivering my pizza. He is always on time and the food is cooked perfectly! Always a pleasure to see he will be my delivery guy.

Doors are open but nobody’s there? The people who work there have no interest in helping out people who are waiting to PICK UP food that is READY.
