Ordered via the app, but when I showed up after the “pizza tracker” thing said the food was ready they hadn’t even started on the order. Took 30 minutes to make one pizza, and I was the only person there! Insane.

Worst service. Pizza is fine. If you're just getting take out and nothing else. I would only go because there is something about the garlic crust that is great but it's not amazing pizza. My biggest issue is with the cost and service. They charge extra for every little thing. The app asks me to pick 1 sauce for my garlic break. It's supposed to come with marinara but they charged me $1.25 for it. Then they don't say it but if you change any sauce on the coupon they your pizza goes from 7.99 to 13.49. that's a ridiculous mark up for BBQ sauce instead of tomatoes sauce. They no longer offer plates or cheese or peppers. Save your money get better pizza and better service.

I’ve given this location several chances, but the customer service is consistently horrible. On multiple occasions, my orders have either been wrong or not ready at the scheduled time, forcing me to cancel and request a refund. Getting a refund is nearly impossible — the store says to contact corporate, and corporate sends you back to the store. It’s a frustrating loop with no resolution. The pizza itself is mediocre at best, and the hassle just isn’t worth it. I’ve finally learned my lesson and won’t be ordering from this location ever again. Save yourself the headache and give your money to another business that actually cares about their service and their customers.

They burn your pizza and don't answer the phone. I lovr dominos because of the crust but this location ruins it. The cinnamon bread twists that they made were small and burnt too. I avoid going to certain dominos locations because of this. You only get an actually good pizza 10% of the time.

I made my order online at 9:20am for pick up at 11:30am. The order came out 20 minutes late. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time? People who just ordered regularly got their food ahead of me.

Every since Domino's up'd is game 10 years ago, I've been a part time fan. Yeah, I've for my favorite pizza places. Some are old school. Some are fancy. Some are convenient. Domino's falls into my convenient and reliably good pizza at an amazing price.
Today, my son and I shared a large for only $7.99. Then, I drove to the end of Sloat and we talked about high-school and road trips.
Thanks Domino's for giving me a pleasant afternoon with my boy.
Uninformed employees. Domino's charged me and I didn't get my pizza. What a joke. Use a credit card so you can dispute the charge. Better options in the area. BUY LOCAL.
