Terrible customer service. I received substandard food and reached out for help, sent pictures and the if it was AI, it make sense that the response was cold and heartless, but if it was a person, that's the worst experience ever. I'm hungry, got ripped of for $25.00 and now have to go to bed without food. That's shameful as a senior living on a fixed income. Having to go to bed hungry. God and Karma is the only hope I have now. Be careful everyone, especially when you are purchasing online from a business with no ethics or morals.

How can we make a living with these?

Also they sometimes have serious system errors, but if Dashers are late for deliveries, they still tell us we violated their policy and rules and that they may deactivate our accounts after several violations.
Their ways are soooooo terrible.

They and some customers don’t care about delivery people about pay and tips.

As a driver customer support is a joke it's always the same answer word for word as if it was a automated response app says busy but wait 20-30 minutes for a order gat ahold of customer support and their response is low order volume 1 order per dasher but they are better than uber eats customer agents are rude and unprofessional they just end chat with out notice they don't give you enough time to type out a message

I haven been having really bad experiences for the past few months with DoorDash and they never gives me my money back they either always send me the wrong order my food either be burnt or items are missing and they always double charging my card just like last night I made an order and they double charged my card and I have not received any of my funds back I’m very upset it happens all the time and it’s been happening for a while now and when I contact DoorDash they tell me they cannot compensate me or refund me my money back after there dasher have charged my card twice

DoorDash needs better improvements

#1 they say your platinum and Thats a lie you get the same orders as gold and silver

#2 they give you orders and the customer never has money on the card

#3 they say you have priority support and Thats a lie you waste your time talking to a robot who doesn’t know what to do

#4 peak orders are a lie Thats just to get you to do orders

DoorDash, you need to make an app or something where the Dasher has to take a picture of themselves. Delivering the food because I had a person named Catherine. Who delivered the food this morning to my house? But it was a guy who delivered the food you guys are gonna get sued. That is a big safety concern. Other people using someone else's account.Something needs to change

I purchased a $100 gift card in the United States for a friend who lives in Canada. The recipient supposedly “redeemed” the gift card but cannot actually use it in Canada. Door Dash explicitly told me my friend cannot use the card in Canada and in the same sentence said they will not refund my $100 because the card was “redeemed.” Door Dash is keeping my $100!!

Tried to get it redelivered , but I would not be home . The agent would not connect me with a supvisor and not refund me my order .

For $47 I didn’t receive any of my items or even close to value for my items called requested a refund said that I would be getting refund within 2 hrs 30 mins later got a email saying my refund was denied called asked to speak to a supervisor when got on the phone w the supervisor my friend begins to record conversations an I let him know also that’s he’s being recorded an he says thanks for using DoorDash have a good day an hangs up on me after being on the phone for 1 hr waiting how is it that you can tell someone there not getting there money back after they didn’t receive the items

I have never used Doordash in my life, yet they have charged my debit card for 2 orders this past week. Did they think I wouldn't see it or not say anything? This matter is currently under investigation.
