I have lived in San Francisco for 19 years, and I consider myself a foodie. I’ve tried burgers from all over the city. I’ve decided today that Double Decker hands down has the best burger in the city, in my opinion. I’ve been ordering from them for years, and they’re consistently good. For me it’s all the about the western burger. I had another one today, and it was all perfection: the patty, the bun, the mayonnaise, the red onions, the bacon, the pickles, the bbq sauce. Plus, their fries are always crispy and delicious. They do an amazing job. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Seriously the best burger I've ever had in my life. Got the veggie patty (blackbean burger) with a fried egg on top, jalapenos, cheddar cheese. So amazing. Tasted like the ingredients were so fresh, the bun was so flaky and the bun was so crispy. We got onion rings and fries which were solid. Solidly affordable too (well for SF standards). The middle-aged Asian man who makes the burgers is such an artisan.

Been here 4-5 times, started pretty good, every time I'm more disappointed, but today after I ordered I saw that all references to humanely raised meat and the ranch they bought their beef was were gone. Ordered the Hawaiian burger and the meat was a cheap, pre frozen patty. The pineapple ring was hard and sour and there was hardly any teriyaki sauce, just lots of grease. I won't be going back, alas, for they started out strong.

Needed plain wings for a gathering. I was unable to order online but was able to call in my order. Easy no hassle.Their in-house made sauce is delicious. Celery sticks could've been better. It was primarily the bottom white parts. Would go back.

I was tricked into paying an overpriced order.Total was 45$ for one vegetarian burger and one large fries.... I felt so uncomfortable having to ask about the bill that I will never go back.(Apparently you have to buy two cheese burgers in addition to your order to get the vegetarian option)
Vegetarian options: They billed two extra cheeseburgers in addition to my order for the vegetarian option. I do not recommend this place, and the food is just average.
Dietary restrictions: Be VERY careful about your receipt.
Parking: No parking.
Kid-friendliness: No, it's a normal burger joint with average food.
