Some of the best BBQ we’ve had in the Bay Area. George helped me out on July 4th for a small family gathering. Everyone loved the food, especially the ribs and green beans.
He told me they also do catering which we will consider for future events!

My kid was taking swim lessons across the street when I stumbled across this spot. I went on kind of a crazy day too - SF Muni had hit a bunch of cars on the street including George’s car right before we showed up! That’s kind of crazy, but it is definitely worth noting that George was still polite, courteous and the consummate professional. I asked if I should come back later (I hadn’t realized the accident had occurred as it was about 30 minutes earlier and people were just waiting for officers at that point).
Anyway, onto the food. I lived in North Carolina for a few years a while ago, and this BBQ stacks up with the stuff I had out there. Simply outstanding. Loved the vinegar based rub/marinade on the chicken. Baked beans had a great sweet/tangy flavor and the mac and cheese was on point. Would love to hit this place up again at some point.
I would recommend you check it out. The Bay Area has sparsely accessible BBQ, and it’s usually overpriced when you find it. I think George puts the best value out there in BBQ that I’ve seen in the Bay Area, and it punches in the same weight class as some great BBQ I’ve had in North Carolina.

Great BBQ. The meats, we had the chicken and links, were full of flavor. Have to admit the sides were the best. Mac & cheese, green beans and baked beans were some of the best we've had in the Bay Area. And Drew is incredibly nice.

Passed through the neighborhood to drop my girl off and I had to come by and try Drew’s Barbecue out. It was fire 🔥I tried the bbq pork ribs and it was juicy and cooked to perfection. He’s an amazing guy, the neighborhood and the city(Frisco) is lucky to have him 👌🏿🔥🔥🙌🏿 🏴☠️📌🍖 . Thank you my guy!

She had this amazing ? idea ? me been me, decided not to say anything (she was hungry) I was doing what is best for the relationship. I was lessening, and she said to me, "Let's just try something local (Don't tell her anything, but interestingly, "she said. I always like to support my community, and don't get me wrong, me too, but we live in San Jose, and Drew's is located in San Francisco. Anyway, she was hungry, and I love sunrises ? ) Finally, we made it. I'm not going to lie about his location. It's about food, and let me tell everyone that Drew is awesome. You're really going to be surprised by the taste of his ridiculous Super Deliciously ? BBQ.Get the mix plate and enjoy one of the most amazing ribs, chicken, or sausages ?
