Passed through the neighborhood to drop my girl off and I had to come by and try Drew’s Barbecue out. It was fire 🔥I tried the bbq pork ribs and it was juicy and cooked to perfection. He’s an amazing guy, the neighborhood and the city(Frisco) is lucky to have him 👌🏿🔥🔥🙌🏿 🏴☠️📌🍖 . Thank you my guy!

She had this amazing ? idea ? me been me, decided not to say anything (she was hungry) I was doing what is best for the relationship. I was lessening, and she said to me, "Let's just try something local (Don't tell her anything, but interestingly, "she said. I always like to support my community, and don't get me wrong, me too, but we live in San Jose, and Drew's is located in San Francisco. Anyway, she was hungry, and I love sunrises ? ) Finally, we made it. I'm not going to lie about his location. It's about food, and let me tell everyone that Drew is awesome. Man, talk about must have BBQ. Little hole on the corner. Missed it first time I drove by. Not even sure there was seating. Food was exceptional. North Carolina style, and the guy represents. Not much of a menu, but I loved everything on it. Well, not true. I have to go back next week to get the links.

Decided to go for something more authentic than a restaurant. The food was delicious! We ate the ribs, chicken, potato salad, Macncheese and green beans. Ate in the car since it was too sunny for the outside. Worth the trip??

The Bay Area is notorious for having awful barbecue but man Drew is an exception! Ordered a rib plate with beans and mac & cheese. The ribs were so damn flavorful and the portions were HUGE. Mac & cheese was creamy and the beans were great as well. Drew threw in a chicken leg quarter on the house and that was SO amazing as well. It was tender, juicy, and smoky. I might have liked it more than the ribs! You can taste the passion that goes into the food. I’m definitely coming back to try the links one day! 5/5

The guy running this spot really knows his way around a grill. I was staying somewhat close by and was looking at food options in the area when Drew’s pop up. I noted the limited days/hours they were open and marked it as a place to try when I was in the Bay Area.Only open on Friday/Saturdays from 12-7 it is worth stopping by if you are in the area. The menu is real simple: Ribs, Chicken, and Hot Links with 4 sides to choose from, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Green Beans, and Potato Salad.I went on a Saturday afternoon and ordered the 2 Way which I chose the ribs & chicken along with the mac & cheese and green beans as my sides. Also added a couple of links to the order. I was told that all the sides were homemade except the potato salad which was still supposed to be good.This is strictly a carry-out only operation just so you know.Ribs 4/5Chicken 4/5Links 3.5/5Mac & cheese 4/5Green beans 4/5The ribs and chicken were cooked very well and the rub used was good. Nice smoky flavor that only charcoal can give you. There were some bottled BBQ sauces available on the table but I forgot to add some before I left. No matter it wasn’t needed since the rub was good. Although it wasn’t the best BBQ I’ve had it is good and I would recommend trying Drew’s BBQ out sometime
