Dumpling kitchen - Noe Valley

Terrible service.

Forget about dining in here if you want to actually be served. They care much more about doordash orders and answering the phone (which is constantly ringing) than they do about guests in the restaurant. I waited nearly 10 minutes at an empty host stand today, only to be seated and ignored for another 10 minutes before I finally gave up and left. The place was nearly empty, so they shouldn't have be overwhelmed.

A shame. We've had their food (which is good!) a few times via Doordash, but I can't stand a restaurant that ignores in person customers.

YUM! The Shanghai style pork friend dumplings were SO yummy. And soup dumplings ofc. We got 4 things and tea and it was $60 with tip. Super filling and exactly what we were looking for!

Great place with a lovely patio, it's expensive of course but they give you value for the money too in the form of delicious dumplings and related delicious food. They are okay for vegetarian options. I ate at this place a lot when it was Savour and never ate outside once. The Patio is much better integrated, covered and fun with the current restaurant.

Great selection of dumplings well prepared, including some that are challenging to make. The pan-fried soup dumplings are particularly worth trying, and the XLB are tender with good broth.

Staff are still getting their rythms down so they're a bit harried, but that's normal for new restaurants. They were thoughtful and friendly throughout.

No parklet seating but they do have a very nice back patio.

Super!! Dan dan noodles and eggplant dish outstanding, Mongolian beef and fried dumplings great also! eggplant dish in particular was outstanding!

Venue is awesome, amazing ambiance outside in the courtyard.

Delicious

I love this spot. Such yummy dumplings! Good for lunch or dinner or even a snack. Good service. Relaxed atmosphere. My favorites are the Shanghai style pork dumplings & the egg custard bao are so incredibly tasty, can't get enough of them... Recommend ?
