Delicious as always The shrimp gyoza with chili butter is my favorite, but we also splurged on the lobster siu mai. Not quite worth $17 but we felt ridiculously good eating them, for fun.

I've been here 3x, including pre-covid. I don't know why, but there's something slightly off more and more each time. When they opened, the inside used to be regularly full and had more Chinese customers, but it feels like the flavor profile is drifting further away from authentic flavors. The staff is always helpful and quick. Never had any issues with them.Food wise, it's pretty decent. They had some good baos, but there's something slightly off about the dumplings. The texture of the wrappers sometimes doesn't feel right.Last time, I ordered the wagyu pot stickers for the second time, but there were some pretty chunky pieces of cartilage in more than half of them. Felt like they weren't chopped finely enough. Not sure how I feel since I want to like it, but it's becoming hard to recommend.

The soup dumplings were delicious. Another in the group ordered the Bao and really enjoyed it as well. The staff might be some of the best in all of California. They were insightful when it came to ordering and the food came out extremely fast. Absolutely fantastic!

invited for group dinner. Service is great. However, goods is not recommended.Dumpling, no matter from which regions, skin should be unbroken before bite. The way putting Xiao Long Bao is not great, which made skin broken easily and lost its meat juice. The shop owner should study better cooking steps, such as from Taiwan or famous brand which is benefits to your business.Wine is also....terrible.

This place was absolutely amazing. The Wagyu Gyoza and Soup Dumplings (Tom Yum Goong) were an absolute treat of an escape during a cold rainy day in San Fran. Don't forget to get the Mango Pudding as dessert!

Wanted to grab a quick bite in the neighborhood and ended up at dumpling time. Their bao pork buns are always spot on and the chicken gyoza is cooked to perfection. The XLB was okayish as there are better places serving XLB in the bay. The outdoor seating had a garden theme and was perfect for a Saturday

Quite bad, the high rating just doesn’t make sense. Wasted my Chinese New Year Dinner there. Avoid it if you can.

Dumplings are a bit underwhelming.Ordered a variety of dumplings but all of them seemed to lack that “kick” or burst of flavor. They were cooked to perfection but they seem to under season the protein. Willing to give them another shot when I return to SF but was definitely expecting to get my socks knocked off just due to the great reviews and reputation this establishment has gotten.

Worst XLB ever. Just go to 99 Ranch, they're better.Oh wait, no actually they're the same, because that's probably where they get them.

First time in a dumpling restaurant and overall the experience was good. The seafood gyozo was tasty and the thin cracker like stuff on top was a nice touch. The shrimp toast was also good and I liked that that there was a generous portion of the asian green salad. Portions could’ve been bigger but I guess it was good enough for lunch.
