Dumpling Time

Be ready for a super gross toilet when you use the bathroom.
This restaurant is horrible. I understand it is in chase center so it is over priced but the food quality is nothing authentic Chinese. The most annoying thing is their toilets don't flush so it's super gross. I confronted the waiter and waitress and they just lied in front of me claiming it is working. Can you not even fix your toilet while charging 2 to 3x of regular price?

Waitress asked me 10 times what drink I wanted after I clearly told her. Seems like she was more interested in her own suggestions and maybe was surprised I wouldn’t take her tip for a different cocktail. Please listen to the customer instead.

Service was poor overall. Dirty napkins were left on our table the entire 45 min stay after a small spill of water when we sat down. None of the waiters came up to us the whole time to ask for refills/more orders. The restaurant was half empty also.

The food however was great 8/10.

My friend work across the street and told me how amazing this place is. We came here for an evening date and it was a good environment. We are also from another state, but we’ve had dumplings and dim sum recently in the Richmond district a few weeks prior to this.
The food was overpriced and it tasted okay. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t impressive either. My only complaint would be the ribs; they were very dry with little meat on it. The presentation of the food has been great, but I think we’ll go other places for this style of cuisine.

got a light dinner here before keshi's sf concert! the place was surprisingly empty at 5pm and we were seated right away. we ordered the beijing noodles and pork xiaolongbao to split between four people. the dishes were flavorful and refreshing but the portions were teeny tiny for the price. i wouldn't eat here again out of consideration for my wallet.

Bad Food. Had to wait by the doors while the workers were doing who knows what by the bar. Sports bar type vibe for those who like that, doesn’t really make sense for a dumpling place imo. Wagyu XLB came out with black skin and gold leaves, but tasted awful. Work on basics first then be extra. First time I ever tasted something and thought “bad”.

Food was fine but we are in San Francisco so it’s hard to compete with the mom and pop dumpling places. Prices are a little high. We came here because it was close to the concert venue. Service was good. The dumpling dough is a little too thick and pasty but the flavor is good. I’m leaving a 3 review because the bathrooms were utterly a mess. The sink area was soaking wet. I was standing in water and the counters had standing water on them. The toilet that I was in wasn’t flushing on it’s own and the button was broken so I had to ball up paper and use it to press the toilet flush button. Probably won’t got back to this location. Others that I have been to had decent restrooms so hopefully this is just a one off and bad timing or something. So again, food is fine, service is good, prices are high for what you get, bathrooms needed attending. If bathrooms had been clean I’d have given a 4. :) cheers!

The food is decent, nothing super special! The price is a little bit high for the food taste! 6/10

But the worst is the attitude of the staff, they all have a really long face! Like they were doing you a favor. 2/10

Just OK, a little pricey, some odd flavors in the food

Food portions are very small and overpriced. Tables are very sticky. Restrooms are dirty - visited 3 stalls, none of them clean. Waitress non existent when time to pay bill. Bus boys quite intrusive when taking empty dishes away. Overall, unimpressed.

Such a good place to eat at before a concert or a game, went here before the Kehlani concert. The service was so fast and food was so good, we were seated by 730 & out of there by 8pm. Definitely would go again.
