Food here is sooo good! Everything has an excellent home-cooked flavor. The service is extremely gracious and quietly attentive. Wish the atmosphere was a bit more upscale to match the quality of the food, but on the up side, you can usually get a table here. Definitely recommend.

A bit overpriced imo, but the food is quite good! The interior is also clean and nicely decorated, so it's a good spot to come to with friends. I got the beef noodle soup ($16) which came with tender beef chunks and bok choy. The noodles were chewy and broth surprisingly flavorful! I love adding a splash of vinegar to them :) The server was super sweet, and she was the only one working. You can order using a QR code menu.

Got a reservation pretty easily here for a Monday lunch. Not busy at all and honestly the streets were not too crowded anyways so parking would've been chill. The 6/7 bus line also runs right by.We were seated and the ordering is done all via the mobile website and is easy. You pay with a server after the meal. Our server was still attentive and helpful when we were ordering and eating. All their food was great. The soup was nicely sized and the jajang mien was good and mixed for us. Their Xiao long baos were juicy too. Def enjoyed eating here and would return.

Definitely our new favorite dumpling spot in the city! I loved that they had a tofu dumpling option. As a vegetarian I’m typically used to just getting veggie dumplings, so the tofu option was a nice surprise. The sesame balls and cucumber salad were also perfection! Service was excellent and friendly as well.Vegetarian options: Tofu dumplings, cucumber salad, sesame balls

Visited during lunch on a weekday. Everything in general lacked flavor, but the most flavorful items were very five spice forward (which I personally am not a fan of). We ordered the dan dan noodles, wagyu dumplings, combo XLB, and the cucumber salad. I like slightly blander food but this was too bland for me. We resorted to adding our dumpling dipping sauce to the dan dan noodles and the cucumber salad. Also the tap water tasted funky and like plastic. The restaurant was generally clean, but there was a weird and strong mildew smell in the space. Considering the prices and lack of flavor, I would much rather go to Dumpling Home. The server was kind, but didn't check up on us even though we were the only people in the restaurant.

The wagyu dumplings so lived up to the hype.. it's not only just $1-2 more expensive than chicken, but the filling is just so moist and tender. The cucumber salad was good and refreshing. And our FAVORITE-- the tan tan noodles were some of the most perfectly Al dente cooked noodles I've had at a Chinese restaurant. The sauce was also not too spicy but a perfect balance. The server was so sweet, she refilled water without us needing to ask, and would refill our cups and take away empty dishes without seeming too forceful but just friendly. Her lively energy was so fun to see as she flitted from table to table with her warm demeanor. The ambiance is bright and fun, you can tell the owner put work into making it a hospitable place. This place is now in my bookmarks and I can't wait to go back!

This neighborhood needed a dumpling spot and Dumpling Union fills that void! The vibe is modern and bright (although a bit jarring if you visited here when it was Maven). Service was really good, with constant check-ins, food coming out at a good clip, and refills of drinks.Unfortunately, food is a bit hit or miss here. The taste is ok, but there's definitely better versions of each dish at other spots around the city. The vinegar they provide for dipping is lighter than typical, and I think things could've been a bit spicier. The Dan Dan Noodles were also unexpectedly mixed table side which isn't stated anywhere ?.If you're in the neighborhood, craving dumplings, and don't want to wait an hour at Dumpling Home this will satisfy the craving.

Food was simply not very good. Zero atmosphere to speak of, prices high for Chinese.

This was a spacious and welcoming spot with some nice festive (but not overwhelming) bright blue lighting. My favorite items were the Barbecued Pork Buns (for their great balance of pork and dough) and the Scallion Pancake (thick, crispy, and not too oily). I didn't enjoy the Combination Xiao Long Bao as much, as they weren't as juicy as I expected and I felt the special flavors (Tom Yum, spicy) weren't very pronounced. We also ordered the Pork Dumplings and Condensed Milk & Fried Buns. We dined during a sparser time, so service was pretty quick and efficient, especially when ordering through the QR code provided at the table.
