I had a disappointing experience here that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I came to meet a friend for lunch, and although we were initially seated at a nice table, things went downhill from there. My friend's coffee mug arrived with a lipstick stain, and our server soon told us she was leaving and asked us to pay, assuring us we could stay as long as we liked. However, after she left, no one attended to our table — we wanted to order more food and drinks but couldn't get any service. Later, the hostess came by and said we no longer had a server and needed to move tables. When another friend joined us and ordered food, we were again asked to change seats because the table was “booked.” Throughout the rest of our time there, we received no water refills or check-ins. I eventually had to walk to the bar myself just to get our bill. Overall, we felt neglected and singled out, and as people of color, it was hard not to feel that bias may have played a role. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially to those who value being treated with respect and fairness.

The night started off terribly, we got a text that our 6:45 reservation, was ready at 6:30 so we made our way inside. It was a surprise birthday dinner that was ruined when our guests walked in and greeted us at the door, because regardless of the fact that we received a text stating our table was ready 15mins prior to our reservation, it wasn't. Once seated (around 6:50, after we complained about the surprise being ruined and not yet being seated), our entire table of 8 had 2 warm meals, the rest were sent back to the kitchen and came out cold AGAIN but at this point, we were too hungry to wait. The staff were very apologetic and attempted to make it right; brought out 2 plates of fries while we waited for our food to be remade and when we complained about our second cold meals, asked if there was anything else they could do. Other than all of that, the food was pretty good and the service was alright

We had a wonderful brunch with an awesome server named Jerryl. She was so attentive and took great care of us. I brought mini Canadian flags, as one of the woman in our party had just become a Canadian citizen, and asked discreetly if she could add them to a dessert to surprise our friend. Well, the restaurant went above and beyond and did a beautiful, complimentary dessert platter for us. So kind, thoughtful and definitely made our friend's day! Thank you we will be back!

The ambience was electric, with raptors, jays and leafs all playing. Service was exceptional, Sasha (?) did a great job getting us the food and on our way to our show. Would definitely recommend this location!

We had a group of 15 for dinner. The restaurant were very accommodating as I increased the reservation three separate times. Francesca was our server and she was phenomenal. Service was great, food and cocktails were super.

Welcoming? Not really. There were six people huddled over the reception desk talking about something... None of them could help us for about 5 mins. Intimate? Could not be further from intimate. Loud and crowded. Food was good. Service was good but had to ask him to repeat things since it was so noisy. Ok for an after work spot but not for a Saturday evening dinner.

I've eaten at Earls a few times but have to say that this time was really great. I ordered the BBQ Ribs and Cajun Chicken meal and was absolutely floored. What a delicious meal! It is a must try. I will be back for it again soon. The wait staff, hostess' and managers are all top notch as well.

It was a beautiful day and we sat outside. Three of us had breakfast and one had a pizza. We enjoyed all dishes and were served promptly and courteously by Manuela. Definitely returning.

It was a great vibe and atmosphere. Vibrant and fun, service was extraordinary. Food was prepared well and delicious. Stoped in walking down the street and we were extremely pleased.

Our server was engaging, fun, helpful and extremely efficient. She certainly enhanced our dining experience. Food is always good here. Loved the round table as it made it great conversation.

Every-time you go to this store its closed. All timings and information on this is wrong, would strongly advice against going there and wasting your time.

I drove 30 minutes yesterday to get a sandwich at around 4:30 pm. I don’t know the correct hours for this place since it is very wrong online. It was disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely the Food was freshly made and I had the Best Experience, We ordered online ahead of time so we had super fast service, we will definitely order the next time we are in town.
