my experience was horrible as usual. I seem to forget like every 6 months that the service is really THAT bad so I go back- and every time i’m reminded why I don’t go. i’m not blaming the employees or trying to be mean- this location is clearly just understaffed and out of everything. every time I walk in there’s 1 employee out there making smoothies as fast as they can and too busy to help the line so you stand there for 10 minutes before the person has enough time to take your order or give you your takeout order. THEN- THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING. order more almond ricotta ?! I don’t get it? this happens every time? or UPDATE THE APP- WHY does it let me order something you don’t have available?! and then once the app lets me order something that’s not available, there’s no system to cancel it before I come. so I show up, just to hear that it’s cancelled. ?! can there please be a way to let someone know their online order is cancelled before they show up? and THEN I asked if my cancelled order could be refunded and the answer was ‘uh I think so’ you think? why would I pay for something I didn’t get😭 there was no easy way to refund me on the point of sale system for some reason? so I had to wait 15 minutes and was late for work for them to call the manager to help refund an order that the app shouldn’t have even let me order in the first place. i’m really not trying to be mean or complain about the staff because it’s not that- i’ve been coming here for 4 years (for some reason) and it’s been like this with all different staff so the problem is the management and 1) why are you always out of basic ingredients 2) why is your app letting me order something you cannot make because you’re out of ingredients 3) why is it so difficult to cancel or refund my order that you couldn’t make because there’s no ingredients 4) why can’t you LET ME KNOW before I walk all the way there that it’s cancelled. also- there’s a lack of consistency with how you make the food. I get the toast and sometimes the bread is toasted and sometimes it isn’t! what’s that about? this literally would not be an issue if it happened a handful of times but it happens almost every single time I go. you guys have good food I want to order it pls get it together and update the app with what ingredients you actually have that day so I don’t waste my time walking over there just to hear it’s cancelled. also- if you’re offering ‘toast’ on the menu.. I could be wrong but I feel like that implies the bread should be toasted? why is it cold half the time? again i’m not trying to be rude to the staff I know they don’t control the app.

The shakes are good despite the absurd price. The place is horrendously understaffed though. There have been many, many occasions where I’ve wanted to cancel my order instead of wait.To be clear: the staff is great and they work hard. With what the shakes cost, it’s inexcusable to not have more people
