The shakes are good despite the absurd price. The place is horrendously understaffed though. There have been many, many occasions where I’ve wanted to cancel my order instead of wait.To be clear: the staff is great and they work hard. With what the shakes cost, it’s inexcusable to not have more people

A very good smoothie shop albeit ridiculously overpriced even by SF standards. Service is curt and minimal; asking and getting a response on substitution requests is like pulling teeth. That said, they have good vegan options; the chocolate and strawberry drinks are highly recommended.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life! I come in pretty regularly and always order the “Muscle Up” smoothie. With that being said, I came in today and had the woman with the white bandana make my smoothie. I'm not sure if she’s new and just doesn’t know how to make smoothies or just that pig-headed. Not only was my smoothie the consistency of water, I couldn’t taste the almond butter, only the protein and bananas. When I asked her if she could remake it due to how watery it is, she very rudely told me that’s how it’s supposed to be (This is incorrect because it has never tasted this bad!?). I then asked for a refund which she said I couldn’t get because I already drank some of it! I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated but now I know to spend money anywhere else but here as long as she works here.

do not order any sort of toast from here. after 20+ minutes of waiting they finally told me that their toaster is very slow. It finally came out and this is what it looked like. One slice of bread and a corner of another piece of bread. And it wasn’t toasted… yikes!!!
