This place is a corner (literally) neighborhood coffee shop with limited yummy pastries. Two of the kindest ladies run the place, and it's a cozy spot.

Delicious vietnamese coffee (with an added espresso shot) and a friendly face to serve it! PLUS a sesame seed bagel toasted with cream cheese!!! So yummy! Thank you for being a great part of my morning :)

Came by right at opening and they were ready to go. Had a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee and breakfast croissant. This is the best coffee spot in the area (arguably the city). I’ll try to make an effort to go back if I can (I’m rarely in this area), but if you are I highly recommend it!
