Super disappointing to show up 15 min from close with 2 < 5 y/o kids and be denied service. Particularly at a place where you do 90% of the work yourself.

Sometimes they don't have my favorite toppings but it doesn't matter because the staff here is wonderful! All the yogurt is organic and it's sorta expensive but at least it natural and fresh.

Someone treated this to me so I don't know the cost. The original Tart base was good. The toppings could have tasted better - at least the cheesecake bites could have been better

Best to stick with “normal” flavors. I had the peanut butter banana. Would have been unbearable without toppings. I also found it odd that at checkout, there was a tipping section in order to move on (of course you can select no tip) but this place is self serve! I would think that extra I paid for 2 small cups of yogurt at close to $16 would have included a tip.

A neighborhood favorite - Easy Breezy froyo! I'm pleasantly surprised that this spot is still here after many years. I decided to treat myself to froyo on a abnormally warm SF weekend. They have a few permanent flavors, as well as a rotating, seasonal menu. I am a original tart froyo kind of gal, so that's what I opted for. I was a little bummed to see that they did not have yogurt chips. but they did have my other favorite: mochi! I decided to also pair it with the Andes chocolates for a bit of sweetness. Like other reviews mentioned, this place could use a little refresher, but I also did enjoy the comfortable "mom and pop" feel of the shop. Customer service was also very sweet. I loved see people of all ages inside and outside the store enjoy their sweet treats, and will definitely be back to satisfy a craving!

This place is a real need of a refresh: it looks grotty , the froyo dispenser handles are cracked, the small freezer on the counter is rusty ..it's really unappetizing and unwelcoming! I don't know which customer service are other reviewers referring to because the place it 100% self-serve..I don't understand either why tip is requested...overall, it's overpriced and there is nothing to rave about. The owner should take more pride at keeping their business clean !
