Unexpectedly delicious, the steak and side dishes are well matched, and the overall feeling is great. If you have accommodation, you can get a 20% discount

If you are staying here, I recommend eating inside if you aren't looking to go out to eat and want to stay nearby. It is a bit pricey but the food is delicious, as well as the drinks. The waiter was very courteous. The only thing is maybe they only have one waiter at night and that took some time to get our orders.

Food was good, but the service was extremely slow. For dinner you have to seat yourself and wait for them to notice you - it took 15 mins before we were greeted. The waitress seemed to disappear for 15-20 mins at a time after every time she was in our area.

I wanted dinner and a drink after a long day of travel and decided to just stay inside my hotel. Joy was working the bar and her name fits her to a T. She was so sweet, great to chat with, helped me with recommendations, and was really attentive without being overbearing. Slightly limited menu, but the food they do have is good, the portions are large, and arrives in good time. The bar selection is pretty extensive and the staff are well- versed in what's available.

Great location, especially if you are meeting folks coming in town for confere as it is likely they are somewhat where near the area.
I came to meet up with a group of people. Did not have a lot of food, fries is good.
A good selection of drinks for sure. My rose is $14/glass.

The bar and dining are run by different/seperated staff, so they prefer you stay within the area. If you ordered food from the bar, stay at the bar.
The dinning area will run like any restaurant, one bill for one table.

We never ate there, but we had drinks after a long day of walking and seeing the sights all over the city! The service was great! Our server remembered the beer that my sister had the previous night! The hotel is the best! So beautiful inside! The architecture is amazing!!

Came for some pre dinner drinks. They were great. The space is really pretty and perfect for a small group. At first we sat at the bar and were well tended to. Moved to a table when more guests arrived and then service declined a bit. But overall a great time.

Very tasty and a large enough portion. Staff is friendly and attentive. Only the ambience is not 100% my taste. You're practically sitting in the lobby so it's a little noisy. But all in all recommended.

Love it here, when I'm in San Francisco I tend to frequent this hotel. Although one recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth, with the bartender and his blatant racism towards me.
