Great takeout! Had the dapanji, cumin lamb skewers, and the hand cut dry fried beef noodle - loved all of it. Lots of flavor and seasoning in each dish, and the noodles stayed bouncy even after reheating the next day. Portions were pretty generous and the service was excellent as well.

Uyghur food! Ate the following: - Crushed cucumbers: crispy and refreshing - Meat Pie: filled with minced lamb, juicy not too dry, exterior was slightly oily but perfect crispy - Da Pan Jie: stewed chicken fell perfectly off the bone, good mix of vegetables and noodles weren't over cooked - Dry fried hand made noodle: noodles were abundant however the sauce must have been tripled dosed with salt. We tried out the vegetable chow mein which was nicely done. There were a lot of fresh vegetables which added a nice crunch to the noodles. Sadly we couldn't try the samsa and we will surely come back again for it
