Did a very nice job catering the Nigerian food portion of my daughter’s wedding farewell brunch at her home for 100 people. Communicated well before the event, flexible enough to provide a custom fruit plate and two servers to get that off my plate. Showed up on time on a Sunday morning with a very reasonable delivery fee. The plantains were great and went in a heart beat. My goodness gracious.You can taste the love in this food and the owner is so kind.I had the fufu, egusi w/lamb, jollof rice, and plantains. This meal was so divine. The spices and flavor of the egusi is like nothing I've ever had before- would highly recommend.Portions are very very generous.
My husband and I were searching for Beninese/Nigerian food and he found Eko Kitchen on a list of black woman owned businesses. The pounded yams and Egusi soup are incredible, we have not been able to find them anywhere but West Africa. The cinnamon Puff Puffs were excellent and a sweet treat after the meal. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I will 100% go back soon and order online via Grubhub!! I highly recommend Eko Kitchen!!
