I've been fortunate enough to visit El Aji many times now, and I've always had a wonderful experience. The food, in my opinion, is outstanding and reliably consistent. Don Cesar is clearly dedicated, and I always appreciate how he manages to provide quick service alongside such quality dishes. Oh my god, the food here is good!!! We had the saltado de pollo (sautéed chicken) and seco de carne (marinated beef). The flavors are out of this world. Don't pass this place up if you want a hearty lunch. Oh, get the chicha morada, too!
