Was nervous after reading the review below me, but my non-vegan boyfriend tasted my burrito and was confident that it was vegan. They have such an awesome extensive vegan menu and are open late. Unheard of!!!!!

I've eaten here twice while on holiday in San Francisco. The first time was amazing, and as other reviewers have noted there is an extensive vegan menu. However, last night I ordered vegan tacos for myself and a friend, and the third friend in our group ordered a regular taco. Initially they brought out two identical looking dishes, covered in dairy cheese. I questioned this and they said the server had mistakenly taken the order as a veggie taco. This was then replaced with another taco, but this time filled with beef, which resulted in me accidentally eating meat for the first time in about 35 years. I complained and they seemed to suggest that the two tacos my vegan friend had been served were to share (despite the meat-eating friend also having been served two tacos and his order simply being the 'regular' version of our vegan order). A very confusing experience overall that literally left a nasty taste in my mouth. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

Amazing for us bargain vegans! You can get an incredibly delicious and healthy burrito for only $12. Whole wheat tortilla, beans, rice and avocado. If you like vegan meat, sour cream and cheese you can get that! Check this place out!! People with various issues may walk in, this is our Folsom community, don't hate!! Friendly staff!

I arrived early because I didn’t realize they weren’t opening until 10am. At 10:06 they’re still not open. Staff didn’t say anything to me while I stood outside, and generally it’s unprofessional to not open at your stated hours. I won’t give them 1 star because I didn’t try the food, I was excited and looking forward to it, but 2 stars for not opening on time and letting clients wait out front without saying anything

Food is extremely mediocre, place is pretty grimy, but it gets a point for being open till 3AM. One of the few options if you’re up late from the nearby clubs. Wouldn’t come here under normal circumstances tbh.

town for the NBA All-Star weekend & mostly ate at the events but had heard about this place all throughout social media so wanted to give it a try during the late night regardless of the reviews. Ordered takeout & got the beyond super burrito with a spinach tortilla & the mushroom quesadilla. The beyond burrito was delicious! It was a bit sloppy with pieces of filling sticking out of the burrito but was flavor in every bite. You also don’t feel gross or heavy after. The mushroom quesadilla was good but there were more bell peppers & onions vs mushrooms in it. Was a bit bland on its own but nothing some hot sauce can’t fix. They have a lot of options for vegetarian & vegans. Had no issues with our delivery order & had only vegetarian food but afterwards I did see the other reviews about potential health violations.

I was let down by my experience eating El Capitan. My taco was soggy and my tortillas both completely fell apart in my hand. I had to use a fork to eat the rest of it. The meat was also pretty dry and it could have used more onion and cilantro. The Quesadilla was much tastier but I think the sour cream and guac were doing most of the heavy lifting. Did it satisfy my late-night munchies? Yes. Will I be going back? probably not.

After sitting at the bar for 15 mins, the bartender- finally- indicated I was in the wrong spot. If you’re so good that people go out of their way to visit your business- you should practice the bare minimum for service. Don’t waste your time here- other food, cheaper, and better.
