I don’t care how good the food is. But when the guy who preps your food doesn’t wear gloves, uses his bare hand to grab shredded cheese, vegetables, and handles the tortillas , then wipes his hands with a dirty rag which he uses to wipe the counter, that is so nasty. It is against health codes, unsanitary, and spreading germs, especially after the pandemic, we are very vulnerable to diseases. I will pay another visit and if this establishment doesn’t practice food safety handling and abide by the health codes I will file a report with the SF Health Dept.

Super Taco is stacked and such a good deal $8.75, one is a meal itself and it comes with a full side of rice and beans too.
The pollo asado was flavorful, nice spice, and had a good sized portion.
They heat up the meat on the grill fresh to order, the salsa bar is bomb and self-serve

Easily the worst food I’ve had in sf. Would rather go to Taco Bell any day. The guacamole is runny and undersalted. Completely flavorless. The camerones rancheros sauce was so sweet it tasted like Chinese sweet and sour sauce. The salsas aren’t even half decent.
The prices on the online menu are outdated and lower than actuality and they won’t honor it.
They spilled my food everywhere and instead of giving me a new dish they just wiped the plate down a little and gave it to me.
I genuinely don’t have anything positive to say about this place other than that the chips are pretty goody and portions are huge.

I've bought burritos at this location for a number of years now and have to say that although most of the time the flavors were fine, what was in the burritos was not! I had found the owners to be less than honest and though they always got a hefty tip even though the food was always taken out, they had never made the burritos with the ingredients that were requested! Case in point the instructions were given in both English and Spanish, so it was impossible to misunderstand what was asked, but despite this extensive effort and the above mentioned tipping, tomato tortillas were never used. Also, instead of chicken, I had found multiple large tenants, skin, and large bones inside several burritos. When you pay extra for something you expect the service to be on par and those taking the order as well as the ones preparing the food to have at least a little of bit of decency and honesty, but this is obviously not the case here! Hence, I will not support this business going forward! You shouldn't be in business if you don't value your customers!

You're gonna struggle to find a better Burrito ignoring the price then you see that they're a bargain on top of being delicious... if I lived near or in San Francisco this would be a place I ate at 1-2x a week.
Very good food and affordable prices for being in San Francisco...the juices are great, they prepare them when you order them, 100% natural
