Did an online order for takeout, when I arrived the staff microwaved my food right in front of me. The takeout boxes were so flimsy that my enchilada started soaking through. The food overall is strangely wet/soupy, probably all just reheated frozen food.

The Service: I ordered a super steak burrito yesterday and was impressed with the serviceāit was truly 5-star. I communicated my order clearly, had a friendly interaction with the staff (we even shared a laugh), and left a tip because of the positive experience.
The Food: Unfortunately, the food didnāt match the service. The burrito I received was not what I paid for. It only contained meat and beansāno rice, no guacamole, no sour cream, pico de gallo, or cheese. For a āsuperā burrito, I expected the full list of standard ingredients. I was disappointed in the quality and accuracy of what I received.

Great place, looks like a family run operation. Friendly staff with cheerful smiles. Had a basic, plain and simple no meat burrito with black beans, rice, lettuce, and pico de gallo. Delicious. Came in hungry, left very happy and satisfied.
