This is my favorite Mexican food spot in SF! I am pescatarian so I usually get fish taco or veggie burrito. The portions are great and the prices are reasonable!Very juicy and tasty. My favorite thing in burrito is that they don’t put rice and it’s just delicious. My friends who eat meat adore their Birria tacos. Can’t wait for my next stop or online order ?

Omg I’m so happy my favorite taco truck is now so close to Bernal. Now I can just walk there! Food is on point same as the original truck. Al pastor and fish tacos are to die for! Highly recommend:)

My co-worker and I came here for lunch for the first time for lunch earlier today. The owner said that he opened his business at this spot at 3498 Cesar Chavez just yesterday. I ordered 2 Fish Tacos and my co-worker ordered a Mulita. The fish in my Fish Tacos had so much flavor and the soft corn tortillas were lightly fried, which gave them a nice slight crunchy texture. My Fish Tacos were very delicious. My co-worker really enjoyed his Mulita, which came with a little bowl of soup. We had a very nice quick lunch when we brought our food back to our office. The owner was very nice and I am so glad he is now parking his food truck so close to where I work. I plan to come back here next week and ordering a Buritto.

Tried this food truck at Presidio. Folks were very friendly and service was prompt. Food was packaged very well- we tried the crispy quesabirria tacos. They weren't as crispy as we expected and the meat wasn't very flavorful. Also thought it lacked cheese. But the consomme and salsas were very delicious- the consomme had a meaty taste and the salsas were fresh and spicy. I would try the salmon tacos next time!

I ordered quesabirras and birria soft tacos from here through DoorDash and they may have been the best birrias I have tried to date. I requested extra onions, cilantro, as well as pico de Gallo on the side since they didn't have it as an a** on option and they went above and beyond!!!! I love having the addition of cold crunch when I have birria tacos and they did not disappoint. Portions were great for the price, consommé was also super good to pair with the tacos. I will be coming back to try them fresh from the truck and continue to order online

Found this truck at sparksocial this week. Gave it and a try and no regrets. Delicious and fairly quick getting my order out during lunch hour. Lots of flavor in the meat and shells where fried so it gave a nice crunch when you dip in the the broth. Meat was flavorful and tender. Broth had excellent flavor will be back for more dishes.

The crispy quesabirria tacos were not fuego. They were mas o menos and ok. They weren't crispy and I thought the birria meat was average since it needed more flavor. I feel like it needed more cheese and onions too. However, the consomme was good - I drank it all lol. I also liked the salsas, but wish it came with chips and the size of the tacos could be bigger as well. Usually when I eat taco's it's supposed to be messy, dripping in sauce, or oozing cheese out with a lil crunch, (which are all key in what makes a taco taste good) but these are probably the least greasy taco's I've ever had.

Let me lay out my street cred before I rave about this place: 1. I've had some authentic birria made for me many times from my Mexican best friend before, so I know a good one when I see one!!! 2. Born & raised in LA, 'nuff said. The birria is REALLY GOOD, especially given that we are in the Bay Area. The best I've had in SF. The meat was tender and juicy, and the consomé was perfect for that cold weather we're in. We got the combo and for that price of $15 and something cents, to be so full of good food, was 10/10. The only critique I could say is that I wish there was a little bit more onion & cilantro, but next time I'll just ask for it. I also thought the carne asada was not that great, but the birria was all so worth it!

El Fuego is my go to when I want quesabirria in SF! They use just the right amount of meat and cheese, tortilla is crisped to perfection, and the consummé is very flavorful to dip into. Arturo runs a fine food truck, him and his staff always on point with their food quality and customer service. Hopefully a storefront is in the near future! Check them out on Instagram to find out where they are as their location varies :)

3 stars are for the food and the cook. The food taste good and it was served fast. How ever it's not anymore than 3 stars because the cashier. He had some inappropriate comments while taking our order. He greeted us and when we were done he asked us "anything else guapas" I don't need to be referred to as "GUAPA" while trying to get tacos! When I was asked how I'd like my receipt I said "EMAIL PLS" he then asked "do you want me to enter the email or do you want to enter it on the screen" I replied with "I'll enter it" he then followed with "You want to enter it so that I can't send you an email later". It was all just awkward. All we wanted was tacos. I don't know if he's that friendly with all walks of life but I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT. I'm almost 7 months pregnant and don't need the BS.
