Got their 12 pc Super Special, so good! Easily fed the 3 of us, plus 1 more person if we had them. We had left over chicken which we turned into delicious chicken salad. The chicken itself was very nicely roasted with savory seasonings and was not dry on the cob. We choose the sides of corn, black beans & rice and french fries. Friendly counter service to boot. Finally, this whole meal was a great value!

I use to frequent this place more back in the days. I had a chance to try it again and it was almost exactly the same. The chicken had some Latin flavor and the beans and rice enhanced the taste. The tortillas were on point. This is a great alternative to having fried chicken.

It's been YEARS since we've came back here and since we were in the area, decided to come back and have it again. The nostalgia from eating this charbroiled chicken and salsa brings back so many good memories! Got the family pack deal with 8 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, tortillas and salsa. Also an order of fish and chips. The chicken is very well seasoned and grilled however, I wish there was more meat on the bones. The pieces are very small. The Spanish rice and beans are really good along with then salsa. The fish and chips were decent. Seems the recipes have stayed the same and it was worth coming back. We were too hungry to take a lot of pics. So I quickly snapped a pic of the chicken. Overall a solid 4.25 stars.

It is my first time to try this restaurant. I am a Chinese born in Panama. I used to feel awkward when I step into a Latin American restaurant because people prefer to talk to you in English even though they know you speak Spanish. But then when I come to this restaurant, Mr.Santiago treated me politely and respectful and speak to me in Spanish, all the representatives from this restaurant are very friendly, that makes me feel home.I ordered chicken with family size, tostones and fried maduros. Honestly, it tastes very similar to my country’s flavor, the food was so delicious that I decided to go back to buy another dish on the same day. I should have taken some photos and post them together with this comment.Thank you so much for the service and the food, I really enjoyed it.

I thought I had previously given this place a review. They were packed when I arrived today after placing an order via yelp. I was still helped promptly and efficiently by a hard working woman at the front desk. I really appreciated that attention to the customer she displayed, and I felt it only right to leave a thankful tip, to hopefully reward positive employee engagement with customers like me. Highly recommend, we all know this place is a San Francisco fixture, that you order via yelp!

One of the most fun and satisfying chicken cravings in the world. They do what they do, and there's no room for criticism. Upholding their community and culture with excellent quality of food and service is what they do. Nothing pretentious here, only AUTHENTIC Mexican/Cuban cuisine. I'm sitting outside in the rain waiting for this place to open because it's THAt good. Live a little, and you will be sure to enjoy!
The place is good, but the workers have to give them food safety training or safe food because I saw that the worker sneezed and put his hand in his mouth and then grabbed the plates to serve the chicken instead of washing his hands before or eating with gloves on and then touching the client's food
