Vegetarian super taco was brought out as chicken, mystery burrito brought out when not ordered, asada super taco forgotten entirely. The woman at the counter did correct all of this but it was a bit of a headache. Chicken super taco was flavorful. Chicken taco salad was essentially lettuce, pepper and onion with chicken and a little bit of sour cream, (no dressing) some beans and corn. I appreciate the diligence of the staff, but I feel like I could have made the salad with more flavor had I done it myself.
Vegetarian options: You might get chicken in your vegetarian taco.

Love this place. I ate here twice recently on a one-week visit to San Francisco.... Big menu... Large selection of Mexican dishes, and they have booze. So feel free to order a fantastic margarita!

I got the chimichanga, and it was alright, I’ve had better chimichangas out there. I should try the other food, since they have a larger selection. This place seems nice, and the people are friendly, just what I got was kind of bland and overcooked a little (not burnt).
I eat at a diversity of taquerias and I know some great ones. El Rancho is now in my top contenders. Carve asada super burrito and pollo quesadilla! So good! The quesadilla is delicious beast. This is my new spot

Horrible. Food was soggy and so greasy oil was running down the foil. Called to complain. Would not refund or replace my order. Told me to call Grubhub for refund. I explained they're not responsible for the quality of their food. Then she hung up. Better off ordering from El Bronco Express. The quality of their food is 100% tastier!

TLDR: meat is not safe, eat vegetarian.
Been here twice now, first time I had carne asada nachos and a very upset stomach. Second time was carnitas nachos (love nachos fyi) and mild food poisoning (naturally recovered in 2 weeks). However, my vegetarian friend had no problems whatsoever.
This is one of the only places open late near my buddies house hence why I tried it twice even after the bad experience. I believe the meat is not safe, if you are eating here eat vegetarian. Otherwise walk 2 blocks to Primo pizza that is also open late (although their pizza is average and takes a long time, it is safe).
My friends joke about me having an ‘Indian’ stomach and can eat pretty old food or street food that would otherwise make them sick. If you do not have a ‘strong’ stomach then avoid this place altogether. Unfortunately, I am obliged to give a one star rating because this place may actually be dangerous to some.
Note that both times I ate here it was 1-2AM. It is likely that their food is fresh in the morning but gets bad by night time - so take that into consideration.
