The food is delicious, the employees are very friendly and hard-working, they work too fast, but next time put more people to work when you know there will be an event, on the Day of the Dead it took more than an hour and it is not the employees' fault , they were working as fast as they could, I was watching them. This recommendation is for the person in charge of the place. Thank you, the food 10/10

Last couple times, I ordered super burritos but they never put guacamole even though I paid for it. Food is meh. Obviously no parking and the restroom stinks. Food here is more expensive than at chipotle. I’d rather go to chipotle, pay less, have parking space and cleaner place.

Don’t order enchiladas from here, they are made half-assed with no love… And i ordered salsa and if i would have know that meant pico de gallo here I would have not ordered it.. Bean and rice were decent, horchata was a little too sweet for my taste but otherwise ok. I do appreciate they give you salsas (the real kind) on delivery! So many places neglect to do that… i’d give this place another shot i just will never order the enchiladas again.
Without a doubt the worst decision I could have made when ordering from this place, I am too upset, I place an order for pozole, Menudo and Quesabirrias, the Coriander and onion for the What a mess, everything rotten, the tortillas smelled and tasted decomposed, the Menudo was pure water without flavor, the pozole Well, no way... unfortunate place, I would not recommend it to anyone... disgusting food and waste of money...

I ordered a super burrito al pastor and was pretty impressed. It tasted flavorful and fresh, and had a good ratio of meat to sauce to veggies. They were a few meat chunks that had rock solid cartilage, and the price was middling ($14.70 with tax). A small bag of crispy chips were included but no salsa. Service was super fast, my compliments to the cook and waitress. It's good enough that I'll come again and try other meat.
Vegetarian options: The menu is meat focused but a vegetarian burrito is offered.
Dietary restrictions: Website lets you easily omit ingredients, and the cook abided.
Parking: It's on 24th and Mission, there's so many bus and Bart lines that you would be a fool to drive here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space and no stairs no ramps. Door is not powered.
