I recently visited Elixir in San Francisco, and I must say, it’s a gem for cocktail lovers. I tried their Sazerac, Manhattan, and a mezcal cocktail, and each one was absolutely top-notch. The balance of flavors, quality of spirits, and skill of the bartenders really stood out — truly some of the best cocktails I’ve had in the city.
