Our entire party of was floored by the flavorful dishes each of us ordered. Curious? I shared the lasagna and caesar salad with my girlfriend and we both agreed it was the best lasagna we had ever eaten...and we're not youngsters! It paired magically with the caesar salad. My son ordered the rigatoni and his girlfriend ordered the spaghetti. We all had sample bites of each other's plates and it was an eyebrow-raising experience. Every dish had its own distinctively delicious mojo. We also ordered their red and white organic wines which enhanced our dining experience. If you're in the Mission just go!

Came with a massive group for Portola weekend and the crew handled us flawlessly. They were so kind, attentive and just 10/10.

My partner and I split a buncha stuff which was amazing. Hot wings, bomb. Wild mushroom gnocchi, bomb. Fried Eggplant cutlet with added chili oil, bomb. But the star of the show for me? That SPICY Cesar salad dude.. I couldn’t get enough like I need the recipe for that dressing asap

The esthetic of the place felt like a warm hug from 90s. I would absolutely come back whenever I’m in the area. Thanks team!!

This place reminded me of Brooklyn (after living there for 6 years). The menu is so beautifully built and has an if you know, you know vibe. They have Lambrusco, unique Negronis, delicious pastas (the lasagna is INSANE) and funky shots for group dinners (like the nacho cheese pickelback). I really appreciate the detail that went into the menu and drink selection and I loved everything we had. We’re coming back often!!

New to SF and felt homesick. Decided I needed a home cooked meal. Walked into Emmy's and was greeted with a smile and great place at the bar. Surrounded by friendly, local patrons, Kat the bartender made me feel at home. Ordered house wine (x2) on happy hour and spaghetti with grandma's meatballs (enough for lunch tomorrow), $50 tab. Delicious!!! Left Emmy's with a full belly and comforted soul!

9.14.25- while visiting SF my brother suggested we stop by Emmy’s. I had ordered the spaghetti & meatballs plate. The meatballs were seasoned and cooked perfectly, the sauce is your basic resturant pasta sauce. I ordered a small order of garlic bread. The bread is sliced thinly from a loaf of sourdough and had garlic butter and some parsley. Basically sliced bread that was toasted in a toaster and then topped w/ garlic butter..
I wasn’t thrilled with the atmosphere, children running around screaming and crying. The lights were very dim. I had to use my phone light to read the menu. The server we had did a pretty good job serving.

Had heard great things about Emmy’s Spaghetti but sadly it didn’t live up to the hype. Tastes like a bunch of Americans made Italian food. Truly Chef Boyardee quality for $25+ a plate. Not a ton of flavor happening in any of our pasta dishes nor appetizers. Best part about this place is the atmosphere.

Fun atmosphere but the food is sort of like an Olive Garden... But if you are down in that part of town and want fun drinks and big portions go!

Staff are great and atmosphere is more lively. It is next to Royal Cuckoo Bar. Perfect convenient dinner place after /before drink. Recommend the wings, meatballs and gnocchi.

Came here from out of town for my girl and I's dinner. It was beautiful, loud and full of welcoming energy. The walls are covered with posters, plants, etc. The staff is kind and enthuastic.

From appetizers, to our meals - the plates were generous and flavorful. We were constantly checked on :)

We left for twin peaks, and it was closed. We returned for dessert and I proposed in their adorable photobooth! Thank you emmys for being apart of our story.
