I am extremely disappointed with Epic Steak. My experience here completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. We ordered the pork chop, and when we noticed it looked undercooked, we immediately asked our server if it was safe to eat. They assured us it was fine, but later that night, we both became sick.
Accidents can happen, but what is truly unacceptable is the complete lack of response from management. I have been emailing and calling for 4 days straight, and no one has responded. It is impossible to get a real person on the phone because their automated system just loops you around with no option to speak to anyone directly.
For a restaurant that charges premium prices, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and concern for their guests’ wellbeing. Between the undercooked food, getting sick, and being completely ignored afterward, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Epic Steak failed both in quality and customer service.

The waiter was excellent and super friendly, I was not a fan of the food at all, my steak was slightly burnt on the outside and it ruined the texture, my Mac and cheese however was delicious.

Hands-down, the best and most special meal of our trip! Our waitress was phenomenal and did such a sweet gesture, bringing us out a happy anniversary dessert... I can't decide what was better, the wedge salad or the butter pecan sundae... Highly recommend not skipping either one! The giant ravioli was also incredible! 10/10 recommend. The views are fantastic, and everything down to the bread and butter was perfect. Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion.

The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant with beautiful views, making it a great spot for a special night out. If you want a memorable dining experience, Epic Steak is the place to go. Highly recommended!

They serve prime ribs only Sunday and Monday, we have it couple times, the portion is generous and delicious, very attentive service with a smile, old traditional style restaurant atmosphere comfortable, we sat by the window with Bay Bridge view, to celebrate an occasion, choice is second to none, few steps walk to the Ferry building, many interesting shops to explore.

The ambiance and view of the Bay Bridge is BEAUTIFUL! The food was fair, but the garlic shrimp and butter pecan dessert were delicious. Went here to celebrate my birthday and appreciated the birthday card signed by all the staff and birthday dessert.

The food and the view here was amazing. We were here to celebrate 2 birthdays and we all agreed that our food and the view was worth the price. My grandson said it was the best steak he had ever had. As far as service I wasn’t all that impressed. As for being a waitress myself for over 25 years, I would never have told someone looking at the extensive wine menu and almost taking it away that the wine by the glass was on the menu. I felt that he thought we couldn’t afford a bottle of wine or champagne. We knew what the food and drink prices were before making reservations and knew what we wanted to order. We were also discouraged from ordering more sides than what we wanted. If we couldn’t afford it we would have gone somewhere else. At the end of service I felt we were be watched , like we were going to dine and dash. Maybe we weren’t dressed to the hilt or maybe we didn’t fit the right look, but we were dressed well enough as tourists visiting. We did receive complimentary desserts for the birthdays. After paying the waiter seemed more friendly after receiving his nice tip. Will we go back again, for the food and view, most definitely. Only hope the service is better.
