Visited SF to celebrate a 50th Birthday..and it was tough finding a steakhouse with a dog but we got lucky with STK accepting dogs but as soon as we got there I felt we weren't welcomed with a dog. Without much options we took a gamble and walked out and with no reservations we decided to walk to EPIC and WOW what a difference!!! We're welcomed with open arms and treated amazingly by all staff and management. We also got the best seats in the house. What a way to end this fun trip and celebration here at EPIC. I will be reaching out to corporate and giving praise to all who made this experience memorable. Long Story short this celebration was going down hill with unexpected cancelations etc and for it to end the way it did thanks to this establishment I will forever be grateful

I visited Epic Steak for dinner. What a cozy place, and what a spectacular view of the DDE bridge! I ordered a ribeye steak, grilled to perfection, with very well-prepared side dishes. The service was friendly and efficient.

Recently visited epic for my birthday staff was nice Food is average and overpriced I had the 45 day dry aged tomahawk which wasn't even seasoned considering paying over 100$ for it was crazy also the sides were average the mash felt like more of an instant mash potatoe

Absolutely epic in every way. The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Top-quality meat, beautifully seasoned, and served exactly how a great steak should be. Pretty frustrating experience. The AI phone system wouldn’t help when I called ahead after I showed up they said they were out of tables. Was told to just show up earlier next time :(. I feel like there should be a better experience for getting a table at a premium spot

Excellent service! Our waiter was there when we needed him, but he didn't hover, allowing us to have a good time. We were seated outside, with fresh air and a wonderful view of the bay. It was covered, so we had protection from the elements a beautiful fireplace and strategically placed space heaters prevented a chill. Our food was prepared as ordered and wonderfully seasoned.a very classy eatery!
Had a wonderful and memorable birthday lunch here. The staff was terrific and made everything special. Food was excellent and the ambience perfect. One of the best restaurant experiences in a long time.

This is exactly what the name suggests, Epic. An incredible experience, right on the bay with the perfect atmosphere inside and views from every table. The menu is simple but has plenty to offer. Everything on the menu is delicious. They have a huge wine selection and great beers as well. The staff is tip-notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful and it felt like they were that way because they enjoyed what they were doing. Easy access right on the Embarcadero with a parking garage directly across the street.
