Absolutely surreal experience, I am very familiar with their Fort Mason location which is great. I ordered a Cortado charge $5.50 fine I just want my drink. They call my name. I come up to the camera the lady asked me how much milk. I say “I don’t know, the standard amount”. She poured the whole thing!! incredible shit.

Push customers to tell their names to serve coffee. Refused to sell latte before I gave my name. There was nobody before or after me, so they didn't need it so not to mix my with other orders.
I understand you want to overcompete Starbucks, but can you please compete on the quality of food and coffee and not by forcing customers to Starbucks standards?

After throwing out my corporate coffee, walked back to here. No stupid kiosk, smiling face took my order, up quickly. Great coffee and chocolate flavor.

I ordered cappuccino and it tasted horrible. Don't waste your money, the free coffee
on the plane is probably better.
Do yourself a favor and do not order the matcha latte. They gave me straight up milk. If I’m being fair I would guess that they put 4 individual specs of matcha in it.

I know airport coffee is expensive, but Equator Coffee is a pathetic moocher business. I ordered a coffee, black, and a small cup of ice. They charge and additional employees fee to the bill along with a fee for a small cup of ice, along with a special extra tax!!!! Walk away like I did. The servers could not explain all the added charges due to limited English. Send a message to this place!
No coffee. I waited for ten minutes to be told they don’t have coffee!
