not good. their coffee quality is average (maybe not their actual beans, but the preparation skillset at this location for sure). any drinks with flavor are far too sweet, even when asking for “less sweet”.” have gotten a bagel a few times from here and only once was it soft, every other time it’s been rock hard and stale.
there’s coffee shops that actually care about your experience less then a block away. skip this chain

LOVED the small (correct) size of the cortado. I was accompanying a friend to an immigration interview around the corner and this was the perfect spot to have a coffee before going into an appointment. Soacious, and relaxed setting. Great latte as well. Friendly, quick service. Clean bathroom. I'll be back!

The staff here really needs some training. They mixed up in-store order with mobile orders, which was super frustrating. At one point, they called my name, and my order wasn’t even ready. They don’t even label the in-store orders, so everything just gets jumbled up with mobile orders. Seriously? It made the whole experience feel chaotic.
