I want to love this place, but coffee is average and everything is wildly expensive. Lots of other options on the same block

Stylish art on the walls and great music create a welcoming vibe. Coffee was beautifully presented with rich, flavorful beans.

Good impression on this place, kinda weird neighborhood but that happens a lot in the city.

Absolutely LOVED this coffee shop. The coffee was absolutely *delicious* - they have a wide selection of specialty coffees but I got a straightforward Latte with oat milk, and it was delicious. Strong enough coffee taste but very smooth. The shop is also very cute, love the black and gold themes, there’s a bit of seating and it’s very open inside with tall ceilings. Even the bathroom was nice!

Special shoutout to the banana bread which is some of the best I’ve ever tried! And there seem to be lots of Ube related pastries - very very happy I chose to come here!

Beyond stand up people. They fixed a shipping problem ASAP and their coffee is easily top 5. Only tried with the Fellow Aiden so far, I'll do a pour over later. Highly recommend this small businesses coffee shop. Great prices, great coffee, and great people!

Drinks pretty good. Service is ok. Nothing to write home about. Cool vibe inside.

TLDR: too much lavender made for bitter aftertaste, ube flan cake didn’t taste so fresh

I ordered a ube flan cake and a lavender honey iced latte. The lavender latte actually tasted ok but the aftertaste left a lot of bitterness due to the lavender. The ube flan cake also tasted decent but it was a dry and didn’t taste fresh. The flan itself wasn’t smooth and the cake was dense.

The staff is great! Super kind and helpful. The place is really clean with a dope atmosphere. I got the horchata latte was perfect! Great flavor, not sweet with a nice bold flavor, would get again!

04.19.2025. Ube Matcha Latte. 7.50. Chicken Empanadas. 3 for 12.00. Ube matcha latte was okay. The ube flavor was strong, kind of over powered the matcha. But the matcha was hand whisked to order, which was nice. Empanadas sucked. The chicken was so dry and the crust was not the best. It lacked butter and taste. I would definitely not get these again.

Coffee was good, service was friendly. Will come back to try the pastries some day- they looked good. No WiFi though :(

stay frosty

The ice lavender honey latte was quite bad, lacking in all aspects. The cashier seemed friendly but misinformed and the baristas were not attentive. Almost $7 for an iced 12oz drink that has no flavor - I could not drink more than a couple of swigs before dumping it.

Incredible coffee. Have tried the espresso drinks and I am impressed. Go toe to toe with other SF coffee institutions and I say they surpass blue bottle.
