Good cakes but really bad service. Came in for a cake and the lady was racist because I asked for a cake and she said no it was for the person behind me when the person behind me was Asian and I'm Latin. I ended up getting my cake but after demanding that I was in line first.

This place came highly recommended by the barista at HA neighbor Café just down the street. Everything is delicious and has good prices. You can get a lot, so I brought a whole assortment to my coworkers.. they were all stoked

It’s just that there aren’t many bakery options nearby, so this shop’s business has always been good. But the salesperson's attitude was extremely bad. Since the beginning of the epidemic, I have blocked the door with a table and cannot let customers in. I can only shout what I want at the door. The customer in front of me is not familiar with the name of their bread. The bread is far away from us and she cannot point it out. She is extremely disgusted by the salesperson. Contempt, impatient. Ask her to step aside and not hinder the guests below. There was a saleswoman who spoke neither Mandarin nor English. I was disliked and discriminated against by her both times I went there. I really hope there are more bakeries nearby.

When we visit SFO we always hand carry the pork sung roll back with us. I have never been to this bakery as our relatives always picks up and packs the roll for us. Next time I visit SFO I must come to this bakery myself as I see there are many goodies besides the pork sung roll

This place used to be good before covid. It's almost 4 years after the start of covid and they still refuse to open up the store completely for customers to purchase. Also, they don't have as many different buns as other wheat field stores because the factory is not in this location. I went there today around noon time and lined up outside the store. The person before me purchased 40 buns and I got nothing to buy when it was my turn. Wasted me 20 minutes staying in line. So disappointed. Hope the owner can see this and consider reopening the store completely.

Very bad customer service. The asian ladies working there are always rude and rush you out of the store. There's no courtesy to the customers whatsoever. I've gone a couple of times since I live near San Bruno Avenue, and I always get discriminated, I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic because I see the other Asian customers getting treated way better than me. The bread and cakes are okay, but the customer service makes me not want to go there again.

Amazing! Finding this bread shop in the area, filled with sweet & savoury, individually packeted bread rolls, buiscuits and cakes. I was excited to get my tray filled with a number of items. Red bean filled bun, sesame seed cookies - irresistible. Prices are reasonable. Tastes so good. Recommend this shop if you are in the neighborhood.

Good chinese bakery . They sell all the favorite such as onion bread, jelly rolls and specialty cakes. Can't go wrong with anything they offer.

Ordered the mango cake for my partner's birthday. Everyone was impressed with how beautiful the cake was. The sweetness level was perfect for an Asian palette, although there was a bit too much cream for my taste. The first time we went, they ran out of all buns by ~4:30pm except BBQ pork buns, which typically I wouldn't complain about, but the pork itself was a little sweeter than expected. Same for the scallion hot dog bun, which we got on a second visit. That said, I'll still plan to get cakes & buns next time I'm nearby!Service was fine, not super duper friendly, but it's a Chinese takeout bakery... it's exactly as I'd expect.

They opened early & were ready. Get to know the menu. Word is they're usually quite busy in the morning.
