I love coming to Festa every time I come out to San Francisco! Everyone who works there is so nice and very fun to be around! The drinks are made amazing and have such a great list of songs to sing!

We paid for a karaoke song but they did not let us sing - literally don’t know why. We paid for multiple drinks and karaoke and told them so, but they did not give us a reason and did not let us sing our song. We paid for our karaoke song and the bartender in the hat ripped up our ticket when I asked her why our song wasn’t queued. Don’t go here if you’re actually a decent person. I’ve never been so mistreated by bar personnel, we spent over $50 here and were treated so rudely. Let me reiterate, we literally didn’t do anything to deserve this kind of treatment, I’ve literally NEVER had a bad experience at a bar or restaurant before. I’m shocked that employees of this low caliber exist in SF. Just don’t go here…much better options exist in this city.
This is quite possibly the best bar in all of San Francisco.
You can't find a cozier karaoke bar with this great a vibe in the heart of Japan town SF. Great drinks and fun company.

What’s good here? Me. I’m good here 🙃 You’re good here. WE’RE ALL GOOD HERE!
ABC Agent here, from Sacramento, Came here on my off day. Do not recommend. $11 dollar minimum on card. Basically Cash only on songs and drinks. Short black hair with grey hair 5'11 ft guy seems annoyed, dont come in if you dont like your job. the curly hair guy bartender with the hat and asian woman bartender were nice :)

3/3 times visited, prices are different depending on who is ordering. Always check your bill here. $2 per song — which would be fine if the drinks weren’t already (very) overpriced (and necessary to order). It’s a shame, because it’s an otherwise super quaint space. I understand that people need to make a living, but being dishonest is not the way to do it.(Avoid the food).

My group of friends and I will not be returning to Festa due to how shockingly poor we were treated by the older male bartender last Saturday night.I was further disappointed to see several other reviews mentioning this individual’s inappropriate & aggressive behavior, as they clearly show that management does not care enough to address the problem.
I only had one drink, but the atmosphere was lively with karaoke and other activities.
