I work in tourism myself and know what good service is – and this was excellent! The waiters were very attentive, and the food was amazing. If you’re in SF, you should definitely go there!

My fiancée and I ate dinner here to celebrate our engagement, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!! The staff were incredible about letting us walk in, and they were totally accommodating to my gluten allergy.

We were warmly welcomed and seated by Charles, who was incredibly accommodating from the start. He handed us the menus and allowed us plenty of time to browse. Shortly after, we were served water and politely asked if we'd like any other drinks.
We ordered an appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert. Throughout the entire dining experience, the execution, timing, service, and plating were simply exceptional, truly above and beyond. From clearing our plates to removing crumbs and replacing silverware, every detail was thoughtfully handled with precision.
This is, without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever experienced. Huge kudos to the chefs, front-of-house staff and everyone behind the scenes for making us feel prioritized and ensuring we fully enjoyed every bite. Bravo!

Restaurantji Recommends
Let me tell you about Fino, okay. We go in tonight at a friend’s recommendation so I already know it’s going to be good. We are greeted by a man who sits us and is both cold and warm, the east coast way. I tell him I cant decide on the entree and he gives me recommendations. I order one of his recommendations which was absolutely phenomenal (the fettuccini with procuitto e fungi) but he also brings out the gnocchi which was my other choice. I gasp. Both are absolutely delicious. As we finish our meal,
My husband has the most embarrassing case of hiccups. Our waiter hears this and brings over a cocktail concoction of bitters and ginger beer (or tonic, i dont remember) and says the waiter swears by it. When i tell you this worked immediately on my husband’s hiccups. At this point i am convinced the waiter is the owner parading as a waiter. The thing is, ALL of the food was incredible (procuitto e fungi fettuccine, gnocchi, veal parm, sourdough, affogato, and seasonal gelatin) but so was the service and we all know we come back for the service. I 1000% highly recommend this place. For context, i am a harsh grader. GO HERE.

Wow!!!! What a delightful surprise this restaurant was. I came for a wedding in Napa with my friend who is a chef. Everything she tasted was better than the next. From Sebastian, the bartender, to Charles, the restaurant manager, everything was fabulous!!!!!! Definitely coming back and super recommended!!!!!!
My mom and I recently had dinner here. This place was a fine Italian restaurant. The service was very good. Our server was very aware of our evening plans simply by noticing the theatre tickets sticking out of my pocket and he made sure we had our food promptly so we wouldn't miss the show.
My mom ordered the Gamberi (prawns served with pasta and vegetables) and I ordered the veal Milanese. I have to say I was underwhelmed by my order. It was not quite what I expected. I did not quite enjoy the flavor. I might try a pasta dish if I go there again.
We each ordered a different dessert. I will warn you that you really should order one and share it. My mom ordered the chocolate lava cake, and I ordered the zabaglione, served with berries. Zabaglione is a warm Italian custard. Ordering that is a treat because the cook comes to the table and pours it into the glass of berries until it overflows. Both desserts were big so I would advise you to get one dessert for the table and share it.
It was a good experience.

Absolutely incredible experience from the start to finish. José was our server and he truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. His recommendations were absolutely delicious, the portions were very generous. We had a party of four and we ordered two pastas, a pizza, a cáptese salad and a bottle of wine. It was more than enough food. The seafood linguine had a lot of seafood in it and the sauce was so tasty. The bolognese pasta had so much meat and it was my personal favorite. For dessert we had the lava cake and it was the best lava cake that I’ve had. We will definitely return to this restaurant.
