Lovely Italian restaurant! Everything we ordered was delicious! The Good Neighbor pizza, Rigatoncini al Bolognese, and Chicken Milanese made for a well-rounded meal with lots of flavor. Service and ambiance were great. We ate inside but it looked like they had a back area outside as well. Also I have to give a big shout out to their sparkling water! As a water aficionado, I'm sick of restaurants always having just San Pellegrino. Fiorella serves one of my favorite sparkling waters, Ferrarelle, and I'm so thankful for that!

We were seated on time and got an outdoor table like we requested. They turned on the heater for us as the sun started to set. The food was served quite fast too, not much a of a wait.

Guess I'm used to Chicago style pizza. Even my Trader Joe's pizza has more flavor. But the atmosphere and service were pretty good.

We had a very good experience and the pizza that they make is exactly the kind I like. I guess if I had to complain about something maybe more options of pizza with tomato sauce, but even the one that we got without tomato sauce was good. We also got the beet salad. If you get an appetizer then two people can actually share one pizza. Three slices each.Parking is not the easiest over in this area but you can eventually find a meter.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT... It's not about this restaurant but all restaurants in San Francisco... They are always way too expensive. We need to come up with waste to make these experiences not so costly. We usually just go down the peninsula.

I'm always trying to find good food deals in SF, and Fiorella has one of my favorite ones! On the last Monday of every month, they have certain pastas, pizzas, and wine for $10, and lower priced appetizers. I had to book my reservation 2 months in advance though, but luckily there are 2 other locations in SF (Polk and Sunset) you can try to reserve too! We picked the Neopolitan Pizza (and added the pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage toppings) and the Lumache Fra Diavolo pasta. I loved the spice with the pasta, and the sauce was so creamy and flavorful. We also ordered the meatballs which were some of the best meatballs I've had in SF. The $10 house red wine was great, and they definitely gave us more than 1 glass worth (felt like 2 glasses with the carafe they gave) which is a steal! One thing to note was that their back patio seating only allowed service dogs, which is the first time I've been in a restaurant in SF where they didn't allow dogs to sit outside or on the patio. Other than that, I had such a great experience here! I do think it's a little overpriced to come here on a normal night, so I highly recommend trying to get a reservation on the last Monday of the month, so much more worth it.

Fiorella is our go-to for the best pizza in town. They have several locations, this one on Clement has a nice backyard for outdoor dining (heated). It’s on the pricier end of the spectrum, but well worth it.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid, friendly, including a kids menu, and there are often families dining with kids

One of the most uninspired disappointing meals I have had in San Francisco. The back patio is very pleasant and mu h quieter than the main dining room but the food was another story. The rigatoni Bolongese ($24) was a bowl of rigatoni. Period. No bread, a shaker of stale parmessan cheese on the table, and not even a sprig of parsley to make it look pretty. We went on a Wednesday which may have been the chef's night off but the cook confused undercooked for al dented and it went down from there. The other dishes we ordered were just as disappointing. There are a lot of excellent restaurants on Clement St but I'd give this one a pass.

I've ordered from Fiorella countless times and dined at their other locations. My sister came into town from LA for her daughter's birthday and she wanted to book something that would make her daughter feel special so I recommended Fiorella two months out. The moment I walked in the door the host immediately said: you will need to give the table up at 7:45 because we have another party. This was an unpleasant way to be greeted and immediately made us stressed out. So I spoke to the waitress and explained that this was a special dinner I'd booked months ago and that we didn't want to feel rushed. She said: absolutely, don't worry. I will talk to the host. We won't rush you. 7:45 on the dot. Members of our party were still drinking their wine, the host comes over and asks us to leave, with wine still on the table. It was so rude and unpleasant. We've given this restaurant a huge amount of business over the years. I will not be giving them any going forward. I'll also say that I am always respectful of others waiting for a table, but this made the dining experience unpleasant from start to finish.

The host was rude from the moment we walked in the door. Upon checking in the first thing he said was: we will need you to give up the table at 7:45, so I spent the entire dinner feeling anxious. At 7:46, with wine still in our glasses, the host came over and said he needed the table. Extremely unpleasant experience. Frankly felt close to tears on the way out. Will never return or order from them again (and we've been loyal customers in the past).

Fast service. Dining alone was pleasant. Food was fantastic. Change the music to something more cheery.

Food is fabulous here but the service can be spotty. My favorites are the cacio e Pepe pasta, margherita pizza and hen of the woods pizza. The execution one these three dishes is always perfection. The meatballs are noteworthy as well. If you want a splurge, order the budino for dessert and if you are too full after all of the pizza and pasta, order the budino to go- if you like chocolate, you will love it! I love the vibe Fiorella has brought to this neighborhood.

Fiorella is a neighborhood gem that I've been back to a few times since my last experience that wasn't the best - happy to report that it's been great! From the buttery goodness of the butter bean crostini to the freshness of the OG baby lettuce salad and the vibrant flavors of the roasted beet and winter citrus salad, every dish is a delight. The diavolo pasta brings the heat in the best way possible, while the Funghi pizza is a mushroom and cheese lover's dream. Save room for dessert because the chocolate budino is decadent and utterly delicious. Pair your meal with their fantastic White Negroni or explore their excellent wine selection--we loved the Barbera. Fair prices, inviting ambiance, and great company made for an unforgettable evening. Forgot to snap photos because we were too busy enjoying every bite, but trust me, the food was as beautiful as it was delicious!

Been a fan from day one. Imo Clement is their best location. Makes me wish I lived closer :). It's an urban neighborhood gem that would work anywhere. Super reasonable prices and a very approachable wine list that is loaded w value. Funghi pie w anchovies (don't hate please) and a glass of vino rosso does the job for me. Pro attentive service is always appreciated.
