Great pizza. Pasta portions are on small side for sharing. Wine list is pricy for a "neighborhood" spot. Beware 6% fee.

Solid dinner spot with good pizza. Fun for a big group. Group had Negronis and split pizzas and pastas across the menu. My favorite was the Salsiccia pizza

Food was good. Gem salad is a favorite. Service was lovely. Reason for downgraded review was the restaurant's refusal to honor inKind payment, despite being an active member on their website. In fact, we downloaded a $25 inKind discount from the Fiorella website the same day as our meal. Bait and switch by Fiorella isn't right.

First of all, our waiter brought us seltzer water before even giving us a chance to look at the menu, and we had to later find out that it costed us 8$ on our bill. Also, the only regular water they had was tap water that tasted bad.

I ordered the bolognese rigatoncine pasta, however when our food was brought to us (table of 4) they brought everyone elses food out at the same time except for mine, and i had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get my pasta. This would not have been too terrible if our waiter hadn't asked if we wanted our food brought out all at the same time, and it is overall inconsiderate practice as a server and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for me as a customer.

Referencing the pasta I ordered, this was the worst part - being the most expensive pasta on the menu ($25), as well as arriving late, the pasta noodles were chewy, undercooked, and inedible!

I had to call our waiter (who btw was rarely to be found) and tell him about the inconvenience, requesting a bowl of pasta that was edible and more cooked, but he said he could only make me the gluten free version if i wanted softer pasta... i reluctantly accepted and had to wait another stint of time before I recieved my food.

Also to note, the entire staff acted pretty unprofessional, as many were singing loudly, dancing throughout the store, and chatting with each other instead of attending to their paying customers.

Although my new bowl of pasta was better, and the food my companions ordered was alright as well, i cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone visiting the San Francisco coast. Please find another restaurant to avoid the bad atmosphere, undercooked food, and overall inconvenience!

Great spot for a casual night out with friends. The food is solid—tasty, though a bit on the pricey side for what you get. Service was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall good vibe. The ambiance is lively and energetic, so it's perfect for catching up in a fun setting—but just a heads up, it's not ideal if you're looking for a quiet or intimate conversation. Overall, a fun place with good energy!

Food fair although the stone fruit salad was quite good. Our service outside was good but it was freezing cold and at a table without a heat lamp so we moved inside to the bar. Service at the bar was poor - both women were too busy filling nonstop drink orders so could not be adequately attentive to the clients at the bar. The noise level was so loud that my husband and I finally stopped trying to talk with each other.

This was my second try at Fiorella. I decided to change the location and see if it was different. The food is consistently good. We ordered Farro Primavera and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this. the meatballs and rigatoncini al bolognese classico are really good. I was pleased to see the wine by the glass hand a nice cabernet sauvignon on the menu. We are glad we gave this place a second try.

pizza is good but service and wit time for food slow due to many delivery guys picking up pizzas

Cacio e pepe for life. The octopus was also dope. But know where you're gonna park long before you come, Russian Hill is just a spandex conga line at every intersection on the weekend.

Some of the best Italian food in Northern California! Great fresh pasta, sauces and pizzas. Must try!
